Had an appointment set up with this company since 01/29/2022 for this morning. They never once reached out to confirm the appointment. My wife and I altered our plans to be at our home for the window they set, 0700-1100. I tried calling them this morning to verify appointment only to hear from voicemail that the mailbox was full. I texted them 3 times. I then get a text back at 0819, after already ruining our Saturday, that they cannot make the appointment! Not sure about you, but if the lack of organization is indicative of their quality of work, I might look for a different electrician!!!!!!!

It's embarrassing, and occasionally costly, to summon a repairman only to learn that a very simple matter, such as turning on an overlooked switch, will solve the problem. Mr. Newton was late, but called to explain, and then refused to charge me a service call fee. I insisted, and he let me give him $10 for gas. I am his for life.

Because of his initial delay in scheduling this project, Mr. Newton gave me a reasonable discount on the work, off the original quote. This project went very well. A few months later, the fan developed a noise and wobble. I called Mr. Newton to repair the problem and he scheduled the requested repair promptly. I canceled that visit before he arrived, but rescheduled a few months later. He rescheduled me and arrived on the day appointed. His visit left me marveling at his skill and array of cost-free options he offered me.
