Gas fireplace inspection including checking gas line, cleaning gas, cleaning debris in fireplace, etc. Called to make appointment and I received an appointment for the following week. Company called the day before appointment to confirm. Technician contacted me the day of the appointment before arrival to give me an ETA. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. I will hire annually for inspection.

Well they got it working but it got to where they would come out periodically because it would start to malfunction. When they left it would work, but it would mess up in a week or two they never got it fixed.

It went great. The two guys were quick, efficient and very clean. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and even talked to me about the attic fan that I don't use. They put heavy plastic over it and then blew in the insulation. If I ever want to use the fan I can just pull the plastic off and it's ready to go. They cleaned up everything and were incredibly polite. I already knew the price and it was exactly as they had quoted. The added insulation has a positive impact on how the house feels and has already cut my electric bill by at least 30% as the air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard or often since the cool stays in the house. I highly recommend them.

I called Metro Garage Doors because the Rubber Weatherstripping was worn out and I was getting bugs and worms in the garage. The Weatherstripping was installed and on one door the weatherstripping wasn't laying like it should when the door was closed. The Installer did some thing to the Garage door to make the weatherstripping work properly. I think It made the door slam down harder on the rubber weatherstripping. Each day I opened the door the weatherstripping was starting to fold. It was no longer laying flat. I called the company to tell them my problem. And the woman that answered the phone said. I would have to pay another service call fee. First of all I live in Douglasville, where the company is located. I had already paid Metro Doors a $59.00 service call. The installer failed to mention he adjusted the garage door several times to make the rubber weather stripping operate correctly. He should've said if you have any problems I will make a note of it and we'll come back and fix it. So they only warrant their work for 30 days. Well, now the rubber weatherstripping isn't working correctly. So now I'm getting worms and bugs again in the garage. My $197.00 is gone down the drain and I will have to call another company to fix the problem. I gave a D rating for Professionalism, because the woman who answered the phone gave me the impression she could care less.

The service was good. They were great. They did the job.

Arrived on time and quickly set up. We were kept informed about each step in the process, and shown the final product when installation was complete. The installers and quality control supervisor were friendly, professional and very neat. Entire project was completed in about two hours.

When I began the search for a company to install my garage opener. I looked at a few companies and even thought about going back with a previous company that did a minor repair on my garage door a few years back, but after reading some of the reviews for Metro Garage Doors Inc. I decided to give them a try and boy! did they deliver. I placed the call to them and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and answered all my preliminary questions on which opener would be best the cost, time etc. On the day of the install I was expecting a call that afternoon since the time given to me for my install was 2-5pm. To my surprise! the technician called me around 11:00 or so to state he was in the area and was I available...Wow!! I was excited because this freed up my afternoon so I could do other things.The technician Jake was very respectful to me and my home, he answered all my questions and explained exactly what he would be doing for the install. He did an outstanding job! made sure I knew how to work my new opener and the remotes, answered any additional questions I had, left my home as he found it, very professional! If you are looking for a company that delivers A-1 customer service Metro Garage Doors inc. and their staff are awesome! I will use them again. Ask for Jake, he is awesome!

Kudos to this team (Melinda, Jake and Gavin) for attentiveness and customer service. I called a day before the holiday weekend began, and they were already booked for the day... however the dispatcher demonstrated concerned about my safety and promised to try to get my work order in --that day if possible. As the day progressed, we kept in touch and she took my contact information home for dispatch opportunities while the technicians were on their last job. She even contacted me an offered to come the next morning, but the technicians persevered and came out later that evening to complete the repair. They also honored a promotional discount on their company website to waive the first hour of repair which reduced my overall fees tremendously. I plan to contact them in the future and would recommend them to anyone for great customer service!!!

Perfect. All as stated to me when service scheduled. Came out, made a temporary repair until part could be ordered. Back to complete the job with new parts within 2 days. Prompt, in and out quickly. Charged as quoted.

This was an excellent job. The workers were prompt, polite, and there was no mess left behind. The price was less than I expected, and we can already feel the difference in the room -- which is much cooler now. Thanks, Metro! We'll definitely use you again in the future.

The service tech was polite and friendly, Installed opener without any problems and took the time to explain to me and my wife the operation of the opener.. Very pleased and will use them again to install opener for my other garage door in the future....

My automatic garage door opener suddenly stopped working. I like using local companies and found Metro Garage Door. Travis came out promptly and inspected my garage door. He knew what he was doing! He founf the problem with the first glance. He oiled the garage door and provided me with a new remote, all within 10 minutes!! Travis was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend then. They saved me money and a headache.

The installer arrived exactly on time and took about 15 minutes to complete the repair. A few days later I noticed the door was still binding similar to the way it did before the spring broke. The door was not level/plumb in the opening. The next day a different repair guy came out when we were not at home and adjusted the door to level. Door has worked properly since.

THICKNESS IS VERY INCONSISTENT AND NOT AS REQUESTED. SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WHERE TRAYED CEILINGS ARE. AT MOST I CAN FIND A CONSISTENT 6 OF THE 12 INCHES REQUESTED.
