I purchased the resume service on April 12, 2013. I had initial contact from the company on 4/18 and talked to someone about the details of the resume I wanted. By 5/18 I had not heard anything from them and sent them an email to find out why. I received a response on 5/21 saying they had some personal issues and apologized for the inconvenience and would credit me $5.00 and provide me with a complementary resume in addition to the one I purchased. I can understand having issues so I sent a note back thanking them for their response and saying I was looking forward to my resume soon. As of 6/30, I still had not received my resume nor had I heard anything from the company. On that date I sent them a note saying I was displeased with the lack of service and requested a refund for a service I did not receive and asked for a response. As of today, 7/8, I have not had the courtesy of receiving a response from them. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. If they could not provide their service on a timely basis, I should have been notified by them however, I was not. I think their actions, or lack thereof, are very unprofessional.

Communication was lapse and inconsistent. It was stated that they had a family situation that took them out of their normal process, leading to the delays.

The end result was fine but it took a little patience on my part to finally give me the end results I was looking for. They were slow in replying. The promise was 1-2 weeks but I didn't hear from them in 3 weeks so I sent them a letter asking for a time frame. They finally got back to me and I got some product coming in.

I have tried to call and give all my information to her and I keep getting a recording to leave a message. I have left a message and no one has returned my call. I have tried to fax over my information and it sent it back to me saying it failed. I have not received my resume or cover letter, which I paid for. They were able to take my money quickly, but they have yet to give me my resume, which is what I paid for. I find it very insensitive and inappropriate of her to quote my personal business about the deaths in my family too. Update: I paid her up-front, and because I did not receive my resume in a timely manner, my bank refunded the cost to me. I got two phone calls from Logos at 9 am and 9:02 am on 7/20/2013, and told her what the bank had done. I told her to contact the bank about the charges, since they had refunded me the money. I had to call Angie's List on numerous occasions to get her to call me, because she would not return my calls. She called me after I first gave this review, and was upset that I left a negative review. With the resume that she has provided to me, I have not gotten a job.
