Excellent. They gave a very honest, and fair price. They came to my home and did everything we agreed on in a timely manner. The people working with the company were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again when ever I need more work done at my home.

I called them at 9:30 in the morning and it's been an entire day and they have not returned my call. I can't believe Angie's List would employ companies like this.

This is the second time that we have used Lar/Con and we will definitely use them again. They are professional, tidy, and efficient.

Lar/Con was professional. They were neat and left the work site today each day. The quality provided was very good. And they were patient with our "add-ons".

He came out that day, even moving appointments around to come the same day. He was awesome and we will definitely be using him for repairs!

Lar/con has done several repair jobs to the interior and exterior of my house. The most recent job was repairing drywall and painting the interior of the house. They are a very professional group and I was pleased with work. Felt they went the extra mile and are a pleasure to work with. I will call them again in the future.

Well, being a stickler for perfection is a understatement for Larry! The is a person who obviously takes pride in his work. He was very informative and communicated very well on every aspect of the work that was being done. The job went flawlessly, on time and better than new. Before the job there was some bounce on the deck when you jumped on it and now its like jumping on a cement foundation. I would not hesitate to use Larry in the future.

Very well- built deck on 6x6 support posts. Larry is an excellent contractor to deal with. He does quality work! I have used him for years for other projects. In addition to this deck he built a front porch and I have other projects scheduled with him as well.

This is the second project that Lar/Con has done for me; they remodeled our kitchen last year. This project went well, on time and on budjet. I provided the vanity and sink for the change out. It was very close to the same size as the old one but some base board tile had to be replaced and addional molding was installed. It's good when you have multi-talented contractors who can take care of surprizes.

Larry did an absolutely, excellent job! He came the same day we called him for an estimate. We plan to use him again for some other work.

Very prompt, very professional. Enjoyed meeting Larry and discussing the project. He made excellent suggestions and provided us an initial estimate. We changed the plan and he did a very rapid turn around on the estimate and then the contract when we agreed on the plan. Very excited to see the work begin and the job finished by our 1 December completion date. Everything was outstanding. I could not have been happier. Really worked hard to meet deadline and give us exactly what we wanted. Great clean-up upon departure. Did a follow-up to make sure we were happy. We will go to him again with our next project.

I have always been able to trust Larry and his team for any project we have in the house. Larry and his team did a great job replacing the doors in our house, reframing where necessary to ensure we have an air tight seal. And considering that I had a 5 month old at home, he was very aware of the noises he made so that my daughter could still continue to sleep. It was a great service.

The job went well, started on time, it did take a little longer than expected due to delays from two owner provided vendors. The work was done in a professional manner and the results were great.

Mr. Rowland came and gave us a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. He then arrived at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently. He repaired the ceiling and the dry wall. After they dried, he painted them, and you could not tell there was ever a leak or problem at all. I was amazed that the finished work looked so good! He cleaned up everything, and left the room in good order. He is professional, courteous, and competent to get the job done. I would recommend Mr. Rowland to my neighbors, friends, and family, and we would certainly call on him again if the need presents itself.

Mr. Rowland arrived on time and went right to work. He tented off the area in the kitchen so as not to allow any dust to escape as he worked on the ceiling. He and his son explained what they were doing, and worked efficiently. They were both very professional, and they did an exceptionally good job. I was very pleased to learn that Mr. Rowland was a building inspector as well. That gave me confidence that our rafter system was now structurally sound. They cleaned up every bit of dust and left nothing behind. I would not hesitate to call upon him again should I need his services, and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.

LAR/CON Construction has been our contractor for years. We can confidently trust Larry and his team to do a high quality job. He and his team was very respectful of our personal space considering we had a newborn in the house. He accommodated our requests to be quiet when possible and was always very respectful. His work is always high quality.

Their work surpassed my expectations. They were professional, honest, responsive and did remarkable work.

Larry saw exactly all the issues and new exactly what we need repaired. We wanted to hire Larry unfortunately the the bad issues we were dealing with didn't allow us a wait time. Just remember if someone can show up tomorrow, they probably are that good. The good ones have a waiting list!

I have complete trust in Lar/Con Construction and the quality of work. Larry goes through each project in a very detailed way, always asking for my opinion throughout the process. I have never been disappointed in any work he and his team has done. It is always done with the best quality. An important attribute he brings is that he always shares each part of the process with me, explains any issues in a way I can understand and provides me options if there are any issues he has found. He always stays within the budget he provides me. Overall, I will always use Lar/Con Construction for any work we have in the future.
