I am very pleased with the service. They were very responsive. They arrived on time for the scheduled dates. The hardwood floor for the guest bedroom matched the existing hardwood and looks great!. The tile for the bathroom floors looks great as well. They worked hard and had the floors installed very timely. And cleaned up everything really well. I would definitely use K&M Floors again.

They came when they said they would. Did they said they were going to do. Charged the amount they said they're going to charge. Came back to make some small repair. I would call them honest reliable and trustworthy!

My living room carpet was purchased and installed four years ago by Atlanta West Carpets. Over time the carpet developed waves and bulges bad enough to trip over. (Despite being currently listed on Angie's List, Atlanta West Carpets no longer does business with retail customers. Now they are a wholesale only firm for developers, etc. ) I called K&M Floors to find out if they could reinstall / repair my carpet. I was concerned that no business would be willing to drive to my location to do such a small job for any remotely reasonable fee. Jason answered the phone directly and offered to send his carpet guys out in about 48 hours for a minimum service fee of $200. Two of his men arrived first thing that morning, helped me move all the furniture, including one extremely heavy and bulky piece, did a masterful job of stretching, cutting, and properly reinstalling my carpet, cleaned and vacuumed the area, and moved all the furniture back in place, all in about an hour. I don't know how anyone could ask for better service. Worth every cent. Highly recommended!

I called Dwayne and told him I was surprising my wife, and they worked around my schedule to help pull this off. They came when she left for work and had the job completed before she returned home that same evening. The craftsmanship was superior and their customer service was great. Seeing the expression on my wife's face was priceless!

We are so happy with our new floors! Jason, who consulted with us throughout the entire process was absolutely amazing. He truly cared about what we were picking and made suggestions to guide us in the right direction. I was going to put in super expensive wood-look tile in the basement and he convinced me to use this other material that was half the cost, at least as durable, and is one of the most beautiful floors that I've seen. His team was prompt each day. They were polite, responsive, and professional. I'm completely crazy and called Jason each day with questions about the process. He spent time on the phone with me and over email throughout the process, and even stopped in to check on the quality, progress, and his team. They finished on time and the result is astonishing. It has literally changed the entire look of my house. It is beautiful. The floors in the basement are perfect and the new baseboards that were recommended turn the entire space into an upscale entertainment area. The hallway and stairs are perfect and so it the carpet. I would 100% recommend K&M Floors to any friend or family member and we will definitely be using them again next year.

Jason and his team were always on time and assisted me in getting the right color to match my existing floors. It was a great process and a very professional team of installers, extremely well priced! If you need any floor work done, definitely give Jason a call!

ON OFF THE STREET. JASON DRUM SUGGESTED THAT SINCE THAT I DID NOT AGREE WITH HIS QUOTE, THAT APPARENTLY I WAS LOOKING FOR A NON-PROFESSIONAL PERSON, UNLICENSED AND SOME DRIVE BY PERSON OFF THE STREET. I FEEL HIS COMMENT WAS RUDE AND I AM GLAD I AM NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Jason responded to our call promptly and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. The team of workers arrived as promised and conducted their work in a professional manner, causing as little disruption as possible. They cleaned up everything after they finished and were very polite. The actual cost was consistent with the estimate and the work was completed as scheduled. After three previous contractors fell through on this work, or just didn't call back, it was a relief to find someone with a solid work ethic and sense of accountability.

My wife and I had floor damage caused by a water heater that literally busted at the pipe coming out of the heater to the house. I appreciated the quick response in coming the very next day. When they arrived the owner which was a plus seemed truly companionate about our problem. I say this because 2 other companies we spoke made us feel like we should feel privileged to have them provide service, but not K&M. They (he) owner was very upfront with cost and time to install floors and brought over samples a couple of times to help my wife make a best decision J As it turns out we waited to install the floors as my stepdaughter got married and well….you can imagine where the financial priority went. It was a beautiful wedding. The fact is K&M out of 4 different companies made us feel like they wanted our business genuinely, meaning not like a car salesman. The level of professionalism in appearance, detailed paperwork presented with nothing hidden and taking the time to explain any question we had.

He was excellent to work with. The project was going to cost more than we were willing to pay so we did not move forward with it. He had great follow up and showed up on time for the estimate.

My experience with them was fine. They can't do some tricky stuff but they're good for basic flooring. They showed up on time, cleaned up everything and got it done in one day.

I am very pleased with the quality of K & M floor's work and service. They provided a free measurement whereas another vendor charged me for one. They came to my home with product samples and others did not. They had a better selection than others. Their bid was competitive, but I felt like I got more for my money with K & M. The installers did an excellent job and I would rate their quality as excellent since my floors look amazing!
