I contacted K&M Floors and two other companies to obtain a quote in reference to flooring. Jason was very accommodating and agreed to come out and provide an estimate. The home Jason was providing a quote for was under contract at the time and the sellers only provided a short window for measurements. After obtaining the measurements, Jason drove over to my current residence at the time to provide my wife with samples and address questions and concerns. Jason spent several hours going over samples and answers questions, as my wife likes to talk. Jason was extremely personable and my wife and I liked him immediately. The following day we received Jason's quote and it was $1,300 dollars under the next closest bidder. I was surprised at the disparity in pricing and contacted Jason to inform him I would be hiring his company. During our conversation, I inquired as to how he managed to be so much lower than the other companies; Jason replied "I love to beat the local competition on their home turf and I would like to help you and your family get a good price on flooring." During the transition of moving, my timeline changed several times. Jason was very accommodating and easy to contact, even answering his phone several hours past normal business hours. In the eleventh hour I changed the timeline yet again and Jason said it wasn't a problem and the crew would be there around 10:00 to begin work. Sure enough at 10:00 am his crew arrived and immediately began to get to work. The crew was able to finish the work in one day and stayed late into the night to make sure the job was complete in time for the movers to bring the furniture in the next day. The carpet looks and feels amazing and I am very grateful I found K&M Floors on Angie's List. Using K&M Floors saved me over one-thousand dollars and I couldn't be happier with the work. If you are getting flooring installed in your home be sure to give Jason a call, you will be glad you did. vWas going to do the whole house in new flooring. they came out to measure and said they would provide the estimate in a week. That was First week in November. Here we are at the 3rd week in December and nothing has been received. i even called last week in November and was again promised an estimate. Nothing has been received. I will not chase someone down for an estimate. So, I will find another company. But, this was a waste of my time and cannot provide a good review understandably.

Jason and his team were always on time and professional. They are highly skilled and have a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks for outstanding service!

Jason and his team were responsive, met with me multiple times when we were indecisive on the cost/product, were very punctual, and a 1200 square ft. apt in one day, with carpet and laminate mixed together. He didn't BS about price, and gave plenty of options. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install new flooring.

Jason and his team were top notch the whole project. From the beginning when we first started talking to the project and afterwards I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, work and business practices. Jason was always a great communicator and was very accommodating to my schedule. I had a few special events going on at my house and he and his crew worked around it. The floors look amazing and the guys cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend K & M Floors and in fact have them at another property right now working on those floors!

These guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were able to schedule us when we needed it and completed all the work flawlessly. It took us a while to find the right company and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their pricing was very competitive with the other quotes we got and they were all very professional and helpful. I wish all contractors were like them.

K&M Flooring completed my hardwood floors in my 1,400 square feet condo. Jason is very professional and his crew delivered the highest quality results possible. They are very attention to detail oriented and were able to level out my floor after removing the old carpet and noticing that the floor was uneven. The final results were excellent and I was pleased with their pricing as well.

They did the floor in little sections over the course of a couple of years, since it was our main living area. They were very nice to do that for us, that they had the patience to come back and continue. That was very nice of them. It was a lot of work.

I met with the owner to select exactly what we wanted and he was prompt and personable. He was able to set up the installation very quickly and worked around my busy schedule. The crew was early and worked quickly to have everything completed before the kids' nap time and were very careful with the furniture they moved. I am very happy with the results.

The provider did go an extra mile in contacting me for a date at my rental property. He also scheduled everything by himself and did a professional job

Jason and his team did a fantastic job with the hardwood flooring that was installed in our home. Jason did an excellent job of advising my wife and I regarding a complete install and the type of flooring available. The crew that performed the installation was a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and very personable. The quality of the installation was excellent and the crew did a great job of moving all of the furniture. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team to perform an installation of hardwood flooring in your home.

WOW!!! The team did an amazing job of putting in our hardwood floors. Another installer came in, saw a slight rise in the floor and immediately raised the price...NOT K&M. They came in and did the job....IT LOOKS AMAZING. They were fast, efficient, professional, and the price was fantastic. Jason and team even painted the 1/4 round trim and installed it for us. We will definitely use them every time we have a need.

I recently joined Angie's List to find local providers to perform a variety of small jobs required to get my house ready for sale. I wasted two weeks waiting for another company that I found in a print advertisement. When that company failed to show up for the second time, I tried Angie's List. It was easy to find several local contractors. I called Jason at K&M and he came out the same day to look at the job. His quote was very fair and he was able to get the crew out here in less than a week. The crew showed up on time and did a great job fixing the carpet with minimal need to move a bunch of furniture. I was very satisfied with the work and the price. I would definitely do business with K&M again.

They came out and measured the area that I requested for carpet installation. They were very professional throughout all phases of the job. I previously went to the large corporate home improvement centers and was extremely disappointed however K & M Floors in Douglasville was outstanding and the price was $600.00 less for the same material and labor. When I get ready to replace the carpeting in other areas of my house I will definitely be contacting them again.

My husband and I had just purchased a house and upon seeing it without the previous owner's stuff, we decided that the carpet HAD to go. So, I looked at Angie's List and came across K&M. I explained that it was a last minute decision, but Jason came out as soon as he could and gave us a great deal on a high quality carpet. He even worked it out to have it installed within 3 days of us deciding to move forward. It helped us so much because we were able to move in our stuff the next day. We get so many compliments on the carpet!

The owner, Jason Drum, is a true professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. He spent well over an hour with us, explaining all our options, helping us weigh pros & cons of pre-finished vs. site-finished, etc. He even brought by more samples a few days later. From start to finish, this was such a wonderful experience. His crew showed up on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and cleaned up thoroughly once their day was complete. They replaced old pine stairs with oak and did a beautiful job. The floors and stairs are stunning!!! We could not be happier with the entire experience and will be recommending them to everyone!!!

The owners of K and M provided excellent customer service from the first contact through the completion of the job. They always answered there phones or called back within minutes and were very accomodating to many changes in our schedule do to extensive renovations we were having completed. When the carpet and the hardwood floors were installed, which 2 different days do to our schedule, K and M arrived on time and completed the job according to schedule. The work was excellent, and when it was noticed that a trim piece color was not an exact match they came out the next day and restained and endured we were happy. Excellent customer service!

Jason was polite and professional on the phone. He was able to fit us in just a day or 2 after our initial call. When he arrived, the carpet was still wet so his crew pulled the padding and carpet back so it could dry out properly. We rescheduled for about a week later to give the carpet enough time to dry. His crew showed up a week later and replaced the section of carpet that was spoiled along with putting in new padding. Seamed everything together and it looks good as new. Showed up on time both visits. Followed up to make sure everything was OK. We would use him again.

K & M did a great job...finished the job with a high degree of professionalism. Great fit and finish. I will use them again...next time to install new tile in our bathrooms.

K&M flooring were very professional through out the whole process. The work was absolutely beautiful. I was very happy with working with K&M Floors Inc. The team that came in and did the actual work were very meticulous and the hardest working team I have ever seen. I would use them again and/or refer them to friends.

First, I contacted several companies on Angies List, one contact did not respond and one that did respond, yet once we explained the job, they stated that they were commercial only and were not interested in the job. Contacted K&M next and the very next day Jason Drum was out looking at the job at our home. That was I believe a Friday. He said he would work on the quote over the weekend and provide it on Monday and if we liked it he would do the work on Tuesday. Monday came and so did his quote. I was hoping it would come in a little lower but after talking to Jason and the explanation about the necessary floor preparation, I agreed. Tuesday he called early, told us when the team would be there. They showed up on time and at the end of the day, we had a completely new floor in our kitchen. They did an excellent job, there were no problems, and they all were very professional. Jason showed up to check out the work that day said that we could pay once I got a chance to look it over since I did not get home from work until late that night. I called him later that evening and confirmed that the job looked great and we sent him a check. We also asked him to take a look at some tile work in our bathroom and he will be the top of the list for our flooring heeds in our rental. Great Job, could not have turned out any better, For K&M and Jason, thanks Angies List!

Jason and all of the guys in his crew are all outstanding individuals. Every call, email and text was promptly returned. The project was well coordinated and was completed within the time frame promised. My particular project involved not just floors, but a completely renovated staircase with black iron accents as well. I had a vision of using more than one stain color on floors and stairs and Jason worked hard to help me with my vision while keeping me in budget. I also felt completely comfortable going to work leaving the crew in my house all day. Jason, Duane, Gary and Manuel...Two thumbs up and Five stars.

We were given an estimate and they were able to repair the damage. They were the only group who would give us a quote to just repair the damage instead of replacing the entire flooring. They did a good job. I will call on them to replace the entire floor in the future.
