We found Henderson Enterprise through a flyer that came in the mail. Their advertised price of $99 was so low that we decided to give them a shot. We called to confirm the advertised price, and found that the one catch not mentioned in the ad was that the advertised price only applied to houses under 4000 square feet in size. After getting the correct quote for our house size, and being assured that there were no hidden fees, we scheduled them to come out for a cleaning charge of $125. Our original call was on a Thursday afternoon, and they offered to come by the next day. On Friday, when their crew got caught in traffic trying to get out of Atlanta to our home in Canton, they were extremely prompt about calling to reschedule, letting us know that they wouldn't be able to make it on time almost an hour ahead of schedule. We rescheduled for the following Monday afternoon. On Monday, they arrived about 20 minutes early. When we arrived back from lunch, they had already started, and their team supervisor greeted us promptly and courteously, explaining that the invoice had already been written up and left in our mailbox since we weren't there. She offered to go get it for us, and it was exactly the $125 they had quoted us, even though there were at least 2 clogged downspouts and lots of leaves caught in the many valleys made by our complex roof design. After they were done, they cleaned up all debris created by the process, off of our back deck, our walkways, our driveways, and our plants and landscaping. Finally, they watered in the areas that landed on our mulch beds so that the debris looked like it had been placed there deliberately. We have a pool really close to the back of the house -- as best we can tell, not one leaf went into the pool. At the end of the service, the supervisor let us know that we should be getting the gutters cleaned 1 - 2 times per year, and that as long as we used them consistently for our maintenance cleanings, they would keep the prices low, but that if we left the gutters dirty too long, they would potentially have to notify us of price increases. Overall, we feel we got more than our money's worth and would recommend Henderson Enterprise to anyone who needs work on their gutters.
