Excellent, Mr. Hamby and his son monitored the storms in the area arrived during a break. He thoroughly explained what he would be as well as the extra items he would look for. Hamby provided shingles above what was in the offer at no extra cost, repair a section of broken gutter (also at no extra cost and not part of offer). They replaced a wider section of shingles around the boot replacements to ensure a good seal. The pair spent almost three hours inspecting the entire roof and addressing all issue found. Overall a great experience and I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Heck, they even clean out my gutters and cleaned up the debris. EXCELLENT

Mr. Hamby was very honest and did what was needed to get the full life of my roof without replacing it entirely. It was obvious that he knows his business and is certified so he knew there were problems simply by the way it was done originally and this added to the other problems that are typical with a 16 year old roof. I would refer him to anyone with the confidence that he can fix or replace any type of roof because mine is not the easiest to access or work on. He also came inside to look for any problems and to locate the issues he found on the roof. Very thorough and his son was very knowledgeable and polite while working hard to do his job well. I could not have asked for any better of an experience- a pleasure to work with! His bill was very fair and he did more than he quoted but with no extra charge in the end. I will definitely call him again but I doubt we will need him soon since he was so thorough! However, he did say that if we had any issues that he would come back and take care of it and that goes a long way with me as a business owner myself.

Vann, the owner, showed up to assess the issue and recommend a solution. He checked the roof and indicated what caused water to be leaking from the roof. He replaced the shingles that needed to be replaced and also painted the water stain on the ceiling. Vann was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job. He had matching shingles so the roof repair was unnoticeable once complete. I definitely recommend Hamby Roof Repair for roof repairs.

Excellent. Mr Hamby and his son were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my roof, interior and exterior were finished properly. I even lost my cell phone on way to Home Depot and Mr Hamby got out of the car at a busy intersection to retrieve it. The phone was crushed to pieces but I could not believe he volunteered to get out and search for it. His work has a warranty and told me to not hesitate to call him if I see any recurring damage. I will definitely hire him for any roof repair or replacement needs and so should anyone within his service area. I received a quote from another roofer what was almost double the price the I paid and it was only to seal. I received new 4 new plumbing vents and other work at an awesome price. Mr. Hamby did an amazing job on my roof! He was on time and professional. He was very helpful in explaining the issues and going over the solutions to fix the problems that worked within my budget. I feel great about the work and think I actually learned some things about roofing! I would highly recommend him and his team and I am confident I have found my go to person if I ever need work done in the future.

I contacted Hambry Roofing and spoke with Vann on the telephone. I told him that I did not know if the roof needed to be replaced or if it could be repaired. He came over quickly and told me the roof did not require replacement and gave me an estimate for the work. He would have done the work at that point but I did not have replacement shingles and he needed to get some of that color. He and his son came back the next day, replaced the shingles and inspected the roof. They discovered and incorrectly installed boot and replaced it as well all for the original estimate.

Mine was a tricky leak, as it took 3 trips to get it stopped, but he was diligent and determined to get it repaired. Now I have a sound roof again, and saved THOUSANDS. Now I can put off that roof replacement to a much later date. Call Hamby before you spend thousands on a new roof.

We are in the process of selling our house and needed a roof repair done at the last minute. Joseph, the owner of the company went out of his way to get over and take care of the issue that day to make sure that the closing stayed on schedule. He even sent me a picture of the repair so I could show the buyer that the repair had been done! He really impressed me with his communication and willingness to help his customers. Mr. Hamby was very responsive and understanding of how anxious I was to get the problem repaired and prevent further water intrusion. Mr. Hamby and his son were very thorough and even though they saw no obvious source for the leak, they made sure that the skylight, boots and any exposed nail heads were recaulked and sealed. He assured me he would return promptly should I have any more problems with leaks in the same area.

Very Well. Mr. Hamby was very clear on what he was going to do, the possible additional costs that could be incurred, and the time frame for completion. There were no additional costs and we have been in a flash flood warning for days with rain and thunderstorms. Not one drop of water leaked. Perfect job with complete satisfaction.

Went great, I called Vann on a Friday and he was there a few hours later. He got about halfway done when it started to pour, Vann waited about 1 hr till the rain stopped and then finished the job. Everything looks great, he was very neat and courteous. I would hire Hamby Roof repair again.
