Rude and condescending jerk. Did not want to really listen to my requests. Talked about his experience and said he did not need my input.

I've used them several times, I've been using them for years. About 10 years. They do quality work, They're honest, professional all that.

I would definitely use them in the future.

1. The first day started Ok, replacing a minor valve on the water heater and viewing the leak uncovered by American Leak Detection. 2. but on the second Day the plumber (a.) changed/escalated the "scope and cost" of the repair project to several thousand dollar without explanation and (b.) did he allow me to call my Insurance Company for their input given significant changes (c.) became belligerent, unprofessional and stormed off.

Super, Tommy and Chris were great, friendly and efficient.

They did a great job and got it all done in my hour I paid for with Angie's list. I just had to pay for the flapper valve and some other small parts.

We have used Foster Plumbing many times, and have always received prompt, professional, friendly service. When our old water heater developed a leak, I called Foster Plumbing first thing this morning. Scott Foster came out immediately, assessed the situation, gave me a good price on replacing it, and the job was completed within a couple of hours. What I love about working with them, in addition to giving them A+ on all of the ratings above, is that the employees are the same great guys we've worked with over the past 15 years. I know I can trust them, and I wouldn't call anyone else. For example, we have new sod, and they took extra care transporting the old tank out and the new tank across the yard. If you live in the West Atlanta/Douglasville area, this is your plumber.

Showed up when the owner said they would. Very pleasent from beginning to end. Work was completed in ample time. Very Satisfied.

We have used this provider at both of our properties, farm and main house. We had to have all of the plumbing redone at our farm and a new water heater installed. Then about six months ago one of our water heaters at our house failed, they responded right away and the water heater was replaced in a day. Now the one of the pipes to our second water heater has a slow leak and we naturally called Foster Plumbing. They said they would be out in the next or two. They called the next but I could not answer the phone at that very moment so they cancelled the appointment. I called them back and said they canceled the appoint and hung up on me. They did not offer to reschedule it. I called them back again and asked to reschedule and they refused. They suggested I find someone else. So I will never use them again. I had good experiences with them in the past and paid them a lot of money, but I guest they do not need any now.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and very profesional. I was happy to have it finished and done within an hour.

They were fabulous. They were timely. They told me what was needed and they did what they said they were going to do. The plumbers aren’t cheap. I used to use a different company who recommended this company when they were too busy. It’s a small operation but the service is fabulous. For one of the jobs I had a couple of other quotes and they were by far the best price. They even came afterhours. I am crazy about them. Not that I am crazy about plumbers but when I need one; I am glad to have one that I like. When I need a plumber, they come quick.

He wasn't able to respond as early as planned, due to an earlier job running long, but that's the nature of the business. We had sprung a spraying leak in the copper piping above our drop ceiling, and he repaired it. He worked quickly and finished the job satisfactorily. Thanks!

The temperature /water pressure valve on my hot water heater opened up and started leaking. The was caused by the pressure valve coming into the house had gone bad. They came in and diagnosed the problem right away and replaced both valves within 1 hour.

The guy who came was very professional, knew what he was talking about, and he was very knowledgeable. It was a huge job so I think the price was reasonable as well. I will recommend them

After a cold shower this morning, I checked the water heater and found the pilot light out. I attempted a restart, but the pilot light would not stay on, which caused me to suspect a defective thermocouple. I found Foster Plumbing on Angie's list about 8:30 AM and called them and described the problem. They agreed it was probably the thermocouple and told me they would send Tommy out this morning. Bottom line, less than an hour later, the problem was fixed and the water heater worked fine.

I found them on Angie's List. I chose them because they were well rated and their location was relatively close to me. They performed the job adequately. They seemed competent. I thought of a reason to call them back and they were responsive to the call although I did not require them to come back for that problem. I would use them again in the future.

Do ask over the phone what the cost will per hour before they come out and rate for weekends/holidays. Don't: call as an emergency unless there is a flood and uncontrollable clog or water flooding. very expensive. wait until 8AM-5PM cheaper rates.

I believe the plumbers name was Tommy, he showed up right on time and gave me an estimate for the job. He started work immediately and had all the equipment and parts required. The install looks very professional and no leaks. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. He did an excellent job and will use him again.

I had noticed that I did not have as much hot water as I should, and I was trying to decide whether to repair or replace the existing water heater. I spoke to a handyman about repairing it, and I called Scott Foster for a quote on a new water heater. Since my water heater was 10 years old, several of my friends were recommending that I go ahead and replace it. Scott also recommended replacing it, saying that he could install a 50 gallon Rheem unit for $1020. I thought about it and called Scott the next day, asking if he could replace it the following morning. Scott and one of his employees (Tommy) arrived at 8:30 the following morning with a new water heater. In a couple of hours they were done and I again had plenty of hot water. I already had one of the parts that Scott had included in the quote, so he didn't charge me for that. As always, Scott and Tommy were very responsive and dependable. I use them for all my plumbing needs.
