+ -1 moreI have used Ken for over 15 years. I recently had him go to my 83 year old Dad's house to repair his 40 year old stove. Although my son eventually did the work, Ken was extremely gracious and courteous. He had to send back supplies he had ordered for the job, but was sooooo nice about it. I will always use him when I have appliance problems.
Description of Work: Ken Rutledge has overall knowledge with all appliances in my house. He has worked on my dryer, refrigerator ice maker, oven and stove.

+ -1 moreDOUGLASVILLE APPLIANCE CAME OUT AND REPAIRED MY DISHWASHER IN A DAY AND THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF IT EVER GOES OUT AGAIN.
Description of Work: MY DISHWASHER WENT OUT SHORTLY AFTER I MOVED IN MY HOME. I CALLED DOUGLASVILLE APPLIANCE TO COME OUT.
