+ -1 moreThe job they did was really excellent. They installed Trane equipment and their installers were all professional. We liked everything about them. They went above and beyond in my opinion, by sending someone out to readjust some minor details we hadn't noticed even after the main job was completed. We initially hired them because their price was so attractive (about 10% lower than the next best estimate), but we would hire them again because of the service we received.
Description of Work: They replaced our HVAC system.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and very responsive. They requested that I replaced a heating coil that was under warranty. They then sent in that old one for me for the new replacement and then came back to replace that.
Description of Work: They left a great impression on me. During the sever winter they fixed my HVAC.

Description of Work: Dobbs HVAC was one if six companies that I invited to give estimates after out 15 yr old upstairs AC went out. Dobbs responded to my email very quickly, and Keith arrived for our appointment right on time. He asked the standard questions about how well the unit had worked before it crashed. Keith quoted three options - basic repair of the coil, replacement of the a/c only, and replacement if the entire upstairs system. Unlike other companies, he gave a fair and unbiased assessment of the benefits and drawbacks of each. Eventually I decided on Dobbs. Price was very competitive, but I got a real sense that Keith knew his business. Installation was smooth, and stared right on time and lasted about six hours. Keith made sure all the debris was removed from my house and that I understood the parts of my new system and when to call for service, etc. I recommend Dobbs HVAC highly.
