Daneda was a great Realtor to work with. We weren?t sure whether we wanted to sell our home or rent it out based on the current market conditions, but we decided to test the waters and put our home on the market. Daneda pulled comps for us and assisted with setting a competitive selling price. Within 3 days of listing the house we had multiple offers, and Daneda was very timely responding to all of them. She was readily available to answer questions, comments, and concerns that we had as a seller. She also proactively kept us up to date of the selling progress from the time of the offer until it was time to close. I would work with Daneda again and would recommend her to other sellers as well as buyers.

I found Daneda on Angie's List and I'm glad I did. We listed the house and were under contract in less than a week! She answered all questions I had very quickly and made the process of selling the house easy. She got feedback from other agents and sent weekly reports of all web site activity. Our first meeting was all that was required, and she laid out everything for us to get it listed and sold. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the process. I'm glad west Atlanta has a real estate agent of this quality that knows the area and is close by. My previous 2 experiences with real estate agents left questionable impressions, but not anymore. Daneda took us in and showed us all of the homes in our targeted area at our targeted price range based on our preferences we established through many emails on Easter weekend! I was still active duty military at the time and had a limited amount of time and money to travel to Douglasville to look for our forever home. Daneda worked diligently to help us find our best available option and the best selling price we could ask for as well as advising us on general real estate policies and incentives prevalent for buyers in the area. She led us around all Easter weekend without complaint, and smoothly orchestrated our closing within a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond what we expected. She is awesome, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We can't thank her enough and have even maintained contact with her since are closing!

First and foremost we have moved over 12 times throughout the United States for my husbands employer. Danada Lipsey is a fantastic Realtor! Daneda is the most detailed and organized Realtor we have dealt with; and we have dealt with 12 Realtors. This last move came from living in Savannah and relocating to the Northwest part of GA outside Atlanta. We had an unusual situation as the seller's agent was not proficient in returning call which concerned us. But Daneda was persistent and called us every step of the way and when she heard from the seller's agent would contact us quickly. Daneda never went above our price point, and showed us homes in which areas met my "Wish List." She is a true professional who has a heart of gold! She is extremely organized and very honest. We spent a whole day previewing homes and found most of my "Wish List" criteria. I have trust issues with Realtor s as we have been involved with 12 Realtors. I can't express the Realtors we've dealt with who promised to make the whole process easy and became a living nightmare; not returning phone calls, messing up on paperwork, and challenging issues at closings. Daneda additionally went over the comp's in the area which we wanted to purchase to make sure the price of the home was competitive.
