Mr. Cleveland did a great job. In five minutes he diagnosed a bad hard drive, which was not surprising considering the PC is seven years old. Rather than buy a new one, I asked him to replace the drive, since I really like this PC. He ended up having to go a good bit out of his way to find one, but did come back with a solid state drive and installed it. Since then, things have been going smoothly and much faster. Very happy with the work and price of repair. Highly recommend CTS Computer Services.

I am extremely pleased with the results and I would definitely recommend this company! Gregory goes over and beyond the call of duty To provide excellent customer-service to everyone! It is best to purchase the contract for the year. The contract does not cover everything but it is definitely well-worth the money!
Description of Work: My hard drive had to be wiped clean and we had to start from scratch! My computer was just shutting down 4 or 5 times per day. Gregory did an excellent job! I'm extremely pleased with the results!
