The guy was on time and quick.

We had called Chandler Exterminators about a week before this. The representative arrived on time and did a complete termite inspection and explained the treatment. On 3/7 the technicians arrived on time and spent about 2 1/2 hours drilling holes and placing the termite insecticide. The fee covered this and a seven year warranty with a small fee each year to keep it in effect. This was a requirement of the mortgage company of the person buying the home. We have used Chandler for 17 years any time we had any any pest problems and the were always punctual and very professional.

This is a great company to have for your pest control company. They were on time for the appointment. The pest control technician treated around the house and around all entrances. He asked if I had any specific issues he needed to address.After the treatment, he emphasized not to hesitate calling should any issue arrise and they would be out as soon as possible.

After witnessing a huge swarm of termites around my house, I used Angie's List to find an exterminator. When I did not see one in my requested distance. I asked neighbors. They recommended Chandler's Exterminator's Inc. When I called them to ask for someone to come out and inspect my house. They asked when was convenient for me and I said now. They had someone out to me within an hour. He inspected my house thoroughly from top to bottom. They quoted a price of $865.00 for a termite bond and I have a fairly large house. I scheduled the work for 8:30 a.m. on 5/16/11 and they were here promptly. They explained once again exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home, my family, and me. They performed the work exactly as they stated they would and were here exactly as long as they said they would be. They also went above and beyond and recommended some precautions tp take as far as pest control. What to look out for and where pest could potentially be an issue in the future. I was very impressed with this company and recommend them highly! Initially, while they were here inspecting, I had the quote me a price for monthly pest control service. They quoted $35/month for top to bottom pest control. To me, peace of mind has a cost. Since I am allegic to bee stings, I went with the pest control service as well. They treated inside the house around the pipes under all sinks, attic, storage space over carport, around doors and windows

I have been using them for five to six years now, and I have always been happy with them. When I had some termites, they came right out at no extra charge. They took care of the problem. They always come out when you call them, and they are very friendly.
