+ -1 moreMy overall experience was lousy. I placed two calls to Brown's Chem Dry and was unsuccessful in actually scheduling carpet cleaning. Neither of my calls were returned.

+ -1 moreTHE CARPETS REALLY WERE DRY WITHIN THE CLAIMED TIME FRAME. THEY ALSO SMELLED GOOD, BUT WITHOUT ANY OVERPOWERING FRAGRANCE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND WAS ON TIME, AND HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE SEVERAL OF THE STAINS ON THE STAIRS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE WAS THAT HE EITHER DIDN'T UNDERSTAND OR DISREGARDED MY REQUEST TO GIVE ME A MINUTE TO CONFINE MY DOG BEFORE HE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN TO BRING THE HOSES THROUGH. A LOOSE HOUND, UBER-CURIOUS AND CAPABLE OF RUNNING LIKE THE WIND, PLUS A BRAND NEW NEIGHBORHOOD EQUALS A POTENTIALLY LETHAL COMBINATION. I WAS ABLE TO NAB THE DOG IN THE FRONT YARD, ONLY BECAUSE HE STOPPED TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS. I WOULD HIRE BROWN'S CHEMDRY AGAIN, BUT WOULD CONFINE THE DOG BEFORE ALLOWING THE TECHNICIAN IN THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: CLEANED LIVING ROOM, STAIRS, TWO HALLS, THREE BEDROOMS AND DOWNSTAIRS DEN OF THE HOME WE'D JUST PURCHASED. TECHNICIAN DID NOT NEED TO MOVE ANYTHING AS WE WERE WAITING ON HAVING THE CARPETS CLEANED BEFORE WE PLACED FURNITURE. ONE TECHNICIAN DID THE ENTIRE JOB.
