Ben Hill Roofing had replaced my roof and gutters several years ago. They also replaced the roof on my mother's home. In both cases they did an excellent job and no problems or issues. Roof still looks beautiful. Since that time, I had noticed a very small water stain (leak) that only leaked when there was a driving rain. So, it only leaked every once in a while and was very small. I could never find where it was coming from and over time seemed to get a little worse. I initially thought it was from outside light fixture, brick, or maybe door header. After dealing with this so long and cuaking and sealing everywhere I thought the leak was coming from and not being able to fix it or figure out where it was coming from, I finally called Ben Hill Roofing to come check the roof. They sent Jose out. He quickly was able to determine the problem. There was an area of flashing that had been missed on the initial install. Ben Hill did tne right thing and made the repair even though the original work was done several years ago. This is one example why I highly recommond Ben Hill Roofing, not to mention the work they did on my roof to begin with.. They stand by their work, do an excellent job and treat the customer right. I will continue to refer anyone needing roof or gutter work to Ben Hill Roofing for this reason. They have been in business a long time for this very reason.

My Fiancee made an inquiry regarding new roofing on our house. We are looking to get married soon so we were trying to find the best price/quality of work. We were very pleased with the way we were treated, they helped us get a quote, and a better picture of what needed to be done, and the process of doing it.... great people. Very professional. However we are having to wait for the work to be done since the wedding expenses are adding up very quickly! We look forward to working with you soon! Chet

They were incredibly prompt in begging the job. They were very efficient and finished within two days. We had some difficulty with them coming back for a few modifications. But we are extremely happy with overall service.

They did a good job. We called them out and they came and gave a quick quote. There was a small problem with scheduling which lead to have to miss a day of work. As long as you stay on top them regarding scheduling there are no problems. When they finally did get out to do the work, they were excellent.

It took forever to get the appointment. This was not entirely their fault. There was a lot of rain and they need a rain free day to do this. Our roof was a lot more damaged than we thought so they had to replace a lot more boards than originally planned.

We have worked with this company twice now. The first job was a roof repair which went very well. The currant job was gutter replacement. We have been very happy with both jobs. Ben Hill has been professional and the pricing is fair.

Originally the completion date was extended from the 20th to the 27th which not to mention was a major inconvenience because the debris dumpster was left in the front driveway. Lack of proper daily cleanup resulted in two tire punctures. Within days of installation it rained and our first leaks began. Our initial call resulted badly. On 12/9/06 we contacted Job Superintendent Steve Townsend and reported the roof was leaking from our bathroom ceiling and he advised us it was not the roof leaking and to call a plumber. We proceeded to tell him we did not have any plumbing running through our ceilings and he again stated it was not a roof leak call a plumber and hung up the phone. Stunned and confused we debated what to do. We ended up calling a plumber because we had rain pouring down form our bathroom ceiling. A plumber came and exposed the roofing problem. He, the plumber spoke with Steve Townsend before proceeding to repair the problem. This first repair was due to poor installation of the HVAC pipe cap. It was not properly fastened and had fallen jamming itself into the pipe. Luckily we only had water damage. Benhill Roofing did take responsibility for this and reimbursed us for the plumber expenses. Unfortunately this was not the only leak occurring. We have had on going leaks in our laundry room, outside our kitchen, in our master bath on the wall & ceiling, the linen closet floor & wall, the master bedroom closet, inside our master bedroom, outside the master bedroom, and in our secondary bathroom. We have had run around with different employees within Benhill Roofing since January 2007 resulting in frustrations and irritations beyond these descriptions. They have failed miserably to return our calls or repair the leaks.

I would definitely refer this company. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The only thing I didn't particularly like is that the only person who spoke English was the project manager but he only came out at the beginning and end of the job. I didn't shop around with other companies, but I think I could've found a little lower price than I had.

The thing I didn't like about them this time was that they were undependable and they didn't pay attention to detail. They did however show up between the window of time that they gave me. They didn't have the right parts to make the shades on the skylights work and they also had to come back out to fix one of the skylights as it was leaking. It took them months to finally finish the job and when they did finish, the remotes to the skylights didn't work. They finally did get that fixed. I would never hire them again to do skylights but they were the ones that put the roof on and they did an excellent job with it. I would hire them to put another roof on, but they just didn't seem to know what they were doing with the skylights.

THEY TOOK OUT ALL THE OLD FLASHING ON THE ROOF. IT WAS ON THE THIRD TRIP THAT IT WAS FINALLY FIXED. THEY DIDNT SEND THE REAL HEAD MANAGER THE FIRST TIME, BUT THE THIRD TIME HE WENT OVER THE PROBLEM IT WAS FIXED. THEY FIXED JUST A PORTION OF IT, AND THE LEAK PROGRESSED DOWN, BECAUSE I COULD SEE IT IN MY CLOSET. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT, SO THAT MY BEDROOM WOULD NOT BE DESTROYED.
