Ben Hill Renovations Inc.

Ben Hill came out to give me the estimate, although they don't do the work. Today they went above and beyond what any company is expected. I will definitely use them in the future for any residential work that I might need. I apology if my previous review, that has been removed has caused anyone to think Ben HIll is not a great company.

They are very highly reviewed but it seemed like they were going through office management and/or roofer changes. I am going with someone else.

Came out to quote on windows, doors, gutters and perhaps roof. Without the roof they gave me a budget number on the scene of $17k and when they asked about it I said it seemed a little high but not crazy. We actually paid about $12k for the same work with some small, low overhead people. I thought the guys who came were nice and put a lot of effort into the budget number, which is why I was shocked that I never did get an actual proposal from them of a single note of follow up.

It was excellant , I had a previous roofer here that replaced the roof and covered up damges, the guy from this company came out and inspected the roof to let me know of any issues I had on the roof. He gave me an estimate of the cost and then had his guys come out and make repairs. Robert is a very dedicated person that wants his company to do a good job and also constantly checks up on the job. Im just delighted and I feel like I have a quality roof. They had a Native English speaker who is the project manager who is a native english speaker who is able to communicate the needs of the project to his workers, they also replaced my gutters.

Several years ago we used Ben Hill Roofing to replace our roof and they did an excellent job. We have moved since then about 20 miles away. When we developed a leak in our roof over our front porch we called Ben Hill Roofing once again Stewart and Rob arrived on time and inspected the roof. After careful consideration they decided that hopefully all that was needed was caulking around the roof. They made a second trip with the needed supplies to fix the problem. We are retired and on a fixed income and was pleasantly surprised when they told us that that would not charge anything for their service! Yep, $0! Yes, we will use and recommend Ben Hill Roofing again! Thanks, Stewart and Rob

This was an unusual situation. The representative went well beyond what was expected when trying to provide the service needed. Sometimes, you just don't know what is needed in advance. You only know there is a problem. What should be done?? This company put in the time and labor to do their best and I would DEFINITELY contact them in the future.

It was very good. We had some roof damage from a hill storm and some companies came out and gave estimates and they were the most reasonable with a reputable product. That was probably about 4 or 5 years ago. They installed the roof and did a really good job. They sent out a contract to do the gutters. The gutters were up and went really well. I would suggest Ben Hill to anybody who'd ask.

The did a great job fixed any issues I had. Overall great job!

Service provider not willing to honor deal! Would not use them for any service or purchase deals from this provider!

Once I contacted the service provider he told me there was a misunderstanding between his company and Angie’s List and he would not be able to honor that price at all.

They did a good job. All I had to pay for was the deductible and my insurance took care of the rest. The guys that did the work, did a good job, I did not care for their supervisor. The supervisor just showed up one time unannounced and that irritated me. He needs to call first. I did not think that was very professional. They started one morning and finished up the next. They had to come back and do around the chimney. I think that the price was fair. They were here on time. I will continue to use them.

I asked for a refund on this Angie's List Big Deal because the advertisement was misleading and inaccurate.The Big Deal stated "$99 for $200 Worth of Gutter Repair or Replacement; $200 worth of gutter services will typically cover one of the following: 150 feet of screen installation, 150 liner feet of gutter re-securing, sealing of up to 150 gutter seams, 150 linear feet of new 5-inch gutter installation or 150 feet of no-clog gutter cover installation." The service I wanted was 150 feet of new 5-inch gutter installation. Today, Robert from Ben Hill Roofing came to my house and told me that $99 would not cover the cost of materials. The cost would be at least $600. Perhaps I am misinterpreting what is meant by gutter installation, but I expected it to include materials, not just the service. Robert was very nice and very professional - it was the advertisement that was misleading.

Ben Hill is a very professional organization. My garage sustained minor wind damage to the trim panel and they performed a detailed inspection without the need for supervision and follow up. All work and payment was done in one seamless transaction. Excellent performance and I would recommend their services.

I contacted this provider to inquire about repairing a leak in a metal roof. I spoke with Tangi and she was very friendly and professional. She set the appointment and explained very clearly what to expect and how much the repair would cost. Prior to the appointment, she contacted me to confirm and again, explained what to expect. On the day of the appointment, the repair crew called me to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived within the appointment window, were very professional and went right to work. When they had completed the repair, they explained what they had done and thanked me. The actual cost came in less than what was quoted and I was provided with a detailed receipt, along with digital photos of the work completed. Great experience. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job.Their project manager is very good to work with. He was punctual and professional. If I had a little problem with leaking and he'd come by and help me out with it and answers all the questions I have. He just did a very good job and I am very happy.

Appointment scheduled. Person cancelled in the morning of the appointment citing personal emergency. Indicated someone would call to reschedule. No call received. I called 2 weeks later. Receptionist said someone would call to reschedule. No call received. I called again 5 days later. Again was told someone would call back to reschedule. No call ever received. I cannot comment on the work this company does as no work was performed. The customer service or lack thereof is horrible.

Ben Hill Roofing & Siding is by far one of the most professional roofing companies I have ever come across. They are very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. I chose to speak with Ben Hill based on their longevity in the industry (over 50 years) and because of their great ratings. I know people personally who have used them and I will use them when I am ready to replace my roof. The consultant I had the pleasure of meeting not only showed me the different options that were available, he also discussed the reasons why my roof didn't need to be replaced yet. A less reputable company would have just taken my money. I would highly recommend Ben Hill to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

My appointment for estimate was scheduled for July 11, 2013. The representative was timely and was very thorough in getting details on what I wanted. He ask a lot off questions and gave me information about Ben Hill Roofing and spent a lot of time getting measurements. He told me he would probably come by the following Monday or Tuesday to discuss estimate. The following Monday the 15th I called Ben Hill to confirm day and time as we had talked about after 5:30. I was advised he was not available on Monday but the office advised he would call me to reschedule. I never heard from the representative and then I received a written estimate in the mail on August 3, 2013.

It was good experience. It was good. They did a great job. They clean up themselves. The roof looks straight. Everything went well so I really can't say. Their prices were kinda middle of the pack.

They were outstanding. The gentleman was very nice and very professional. He was very prompt and very professional, nice guy and do talking with him. I'm not sure if we're going to use him for the job because we got a couple of other quotes that came a little cheaper and we're still trying to decide which way to go. We hadn't made any decision yet.

They were good. I had no problems with them. I thought they had fair pricing and were willing to work with me on that. They did what they said they would do. There was a piece of work that they did that was not really up to par and they took care of it.

They were on time on the scheduled day and completing the roofing in one day as they said they would. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwards as well. We are pleased with the new roof and would use them in the future.

It was up really high. They did a great job. The windows are 17ft. off the ground and the workers had to stand on an 80 degree pitch to do the work. Other companies wouldn’t even give me an estimate, but they were great. I thought they were going to fall but they gave a great estimate and did a wonderful job. I even gave them a great tip. The two guys who were here earned every cent that day.
