Very happy with service

Anchor was very specific in their quote, it covered all the work performed and there were no unexpected change orders at completion. They removed the old unit, disposed of all demolition materials and cleaned up their work area. The new unit was installed very professionally (I know, because I am a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry) and they worked very quickly. Anchor's service technicians were very polite, puntual and knowledgable. These guys are real pro's.

David was very relaxed and personable from the outset. He answered all of my questions (sometimes twice). Gave me his best price up front. There was a slight error in the quote (heating unit was listed wrong - but pricing was correct) and almost cost him the business, but his calm manner and reassurance won me over. The change out of the HVAC system took two days. Almost took two and a half days, but the guys kept at it Friday evening to get it done. A few snafus / adjustments that might have stretched it to 3 days: They had difficulty with the programmable thermostat for first time use. They needed to call for support to other technicians, but persisted. Roof cap flashing had a leak - they replaced the whole roof cap for no extra. Extra ducting to wrap. Some of the return vent duct was inside and not included, but they decided it would be a good idea to include it - very difficult to get to. I decided to buy the air filter unit on Thursday after they started. Brought it in Friday without difficulty. Cleanup was thorough. Only missed some screws that the falling leaves covered up in the driveway - not entirely their fault. David assured me they would take care of a punctured tire if necessary. I need to take pictures - this system's purdy.

He came right away. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. The guy that came was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to everyone else.

I am pretty pleased with the work that they do however they are not very punctual as they usually have the attitude, when they get there, they get there. They are always showing up when they feel like it instead of sticking to a set schedule. I also think the prices they charge me are a bit too expensive. I would maybe rehire them in the future with a little criticism place.

The large unit was under warranty, so I didn t have to pay for the compressor. I just paid for the new small unit and they got rid of the old unit and took it away for me. I am happy with the new unit they installed upstairs; it seems to be working really good and I haven't had any problems with it. Even though the large unit was under warranty, I still had to pay $1000 so that was not bad. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
