Promptly came to my house. Said dishwasher needed a part, which he was ordering from Macon, GA (not overseas), and it should take 7-10 days. We paid him for the service call and never heard from him again. Called multiple times, was able to leave a message with receptionist once. Other times left a voice mail message, or the mailbox was full and we could not leave a message. No response. 3 weeks later, our dishwasher is still broken and we have heard nothing. Called a different repair service, who came out promptly and fixed dishwasher on first visit, WITHOUT ORDERING ANY PARTS.

Did a great job and very concerned that it was working ok after job was done.

The 1st initial service call was good. The technician told me that the original issue that I called for wasn't the problem, it was another problem. I paid him for the issue & he ordered the parts. He came back fixed the issues and told me that we can use the washer. as soon as I started a wash it started making noises & the same lid lock message (that I originally called for) popped up on the screen I called back to the office left a message & the office manager promised someone would come out that day because the next day was going to be really busy for them. No one called...no one showed up. I called them back the next day, the technician said they would be out the next day late. They could not say what time, just late...No phone call to let me know that they were on the way. We stepped out to grab something to eat & missed him. Again, no heads up. Called the next day to ask for some one could come and the company could not send anyone back out for 4 more days. I told them never mind, I will find someone else to service my washer.

Washer still broken even with new rods and new motherboard installed. Won't drain - after taking dirty laundry out and turning on spin cycle to drain, washer comes back with 'unbalanced' error code with only water in it. Happened on first load of laundry after the new rods were installed.

They are one of the best. They are just excellent. Excellent. The best appliance company I've worked with.

The owner, Mr. Williams, provided prompt, efficient, and reliable service when my washing machine stopped working. I was able to call his office and he fixed my machine within 24 hours! He was polite and professional. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again in the future!

He fixed the issue with the washer that turned out to be electrical. The did a great job.

Ron, my serviceman & co partner in the company did an excellent job in diagnosing and replacing the parts. I was concerned about this company because of the B rating on Angie's List but did not find any issues with quick response time and reasonable pricing for the repair. I would recommend this company for future work.

Had to order the part, which took approximately 3 or 4 days to come in. Noted the refrigerator is working fine since the repair.

The top oven of our Electrolux Double Oven stopped heating. The unit is new, purchased last August 2016. I called Electrolux and they sent All County out for a warranty repair. I was really concerned having read some poor reviews about the company. But my experience was great. Ron showed up in a tie and sweater vest, was very courteous and helpful, even answering a lot of my questions about our new oven. He diagnosed a bad control board and returned a week later to replace. He also replaced a cracked plastic trim on the door that I showed him under warranty. My only complaint was that they were hours late in showing up the first time, but I stayed in touch throughout the day to check on status. The woman that I spoke with was nice and apologetic and said that Electrolux had overscheduled them. Overhaul, I was very happy with the work.

This is my responce to their response. Their response contains many inaccuaraties.They stated "when the technician is at the residence, it does not leake". This is not true. I personally met with the techniciaern at the residence on Feb. 11th, (their 4th attempt to fix my problem) and water started to run down the back of the refrigerator as soon as he turned the water supply valve on. He then replaced the water supply line from the valve to the ice maker. He futher stated that" customer was charged $189.95 for ice maker only. No labor or service call was charged. He then contridicts himself by stating in the very next sentence " He was given a refund of $189.95 minus the service call."They failed to mention that they charged me $117.95 which included $49.95 service charge on 12/24/2012. They kept going back because they never stopped the leak after four (4) attempts.I paid them a total of $307.95 and they never fixed the problem. I have since paid another company to reinstall my old ice maker that they failed to put back in when they took their ice maker out.That company did stop the leak that All county appliance service could not. Not only is the leak stopped but my old ice maker is working just fine, which makes me wonder why they thought it should be replaced in the first place. When they came and got their ice maker they left a check for $127.00. I was promised a call from their technician on Feb. 25th to explain the amount of this refund. I never got this call. In their response to my review to you, they are stating that they refunded me $189.95 minus a servie call, even though they state in their response that "no labor or service call was charged" I must assume that they charged a service call to take their ice maker back out.. Since their service calls are $49.95. this still does not add up. The bottom line is that I paid this company a total of $307.95 to fix a problem that they never fixed, of which they refunded oniy $127.00. They failed to call me back after they promied to do so to explain the refund, and I have had to pay another company to fix the problem.
