It was expensive. I went to Angie's list because I thought if I had a problem, I could rely on them. I would say I had a quote of at least 60% of what I had. When I was done, the work was kind of okay but it was too pricy for what they did. That was my impression and that's why I'm not going back to them for regular maintenance. The serviceman said there was a leak in the HVAC coils and there were no other ways to deal with the issue was to replace them. I did some research and found out that there were other ways to handle the issue that could have been less expensive.

The experience was a good one. They were here on time and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable. We have used other companies for our heating and A/C, but this was probably the best experience we have had to date.

Fair pricing, friendly and professional owner, was available and showed up at beginning of time frame he gave me. He couldn't help me (because I think this unit needs to be replaced), but guided me toward my next step to possibly replacing my unit (under warranty).This was the 3rd company that came out to my house to look at our heat pump/package unit this year. We've been having problems with it all year and it is only three years old. I've contacted the manufacturer and need to have a tech rep come out and decide if this unit needs to be replaced. All in all, we are not done with this issue; but I would use this company again in the future.

Done on time, works great. I work night shifts, Scheduled to fit my work schedule, was quiet so could still sleep.
