+ -1 moreIt didn't go well. I pay 329 dollars for the service. The first time they fix the fan. But 7 days later it is stop working again. They came back and found out it was the compressor that need to be fix and they advise to get a new refrigerator. I was upset because they should be fully checked the refrigerator if its the fan or the compressor that need to be fix. Within that 7 days, all the food which is 400$ worth of groceries that should be using for upcoming party was spoiled because the fixing of refrigerator didn't go well.

It took a couple trips to get parts ordered, but Dion was extremely honest and great to work with through the whole process. When we finally determined the freezer couldn’t be fixed, Dion actually refunded us for the whole thing!! I would absolutely recommended Dion for any of your appliance repair needs, and I will never use anyone else. It’s so hard to find folks you trust, and I trust Dion 110%.

After contacting A+ appliance, a legible quote and was received, approved by my warranty company and I hired them. They replaced the cracked gasket door, ran a quick cycle to ensure no more leaks, and even cleaned up any mess. I would hire them again.

I will definitely use A+Appliance again and recommend them highly. Dion has a 10% coupon on his website for military and seniors which I used.
Description of Work: My 10 yr old whirlpool electric dryer quit working, and I needed to repair it. I found A+ Appliance on Angie's List and went to their website. They had excellent reviews , so I gave them a call. Dion, was very professional and helpful. He listened to my description of the problem and gave me an estimate to fix the 2 possibilities of belt replacement or thermal fuse. It turned out to be the thermal fuse, and he repaired it at a reasonable price. I wanted to get an idea of the cost, because I did not want to repair it if the repair would be 50% or more of buying a new one.

+ -1 moreIt went great! I called several other companies only to be told it'd be 3-4 days before they could come out to look at it. I called Dion, who was able to come out the same day. He worked around MY schedule which was very appreciated. Dion is a Super nice guy who added 1 more call to his Friday night so I'd have a working refrigerator again. He diagnosed our problem pretty quickly, and had it running again in an hour. I will definitely call him 1st next time one of our appliances needs work.

He called in advance before arriving; upon his arrival inspected my stove, showed and explained what the problem was, he also informed me of the cost and had the part on hand. After repairing he made sure my oven was working properly. Dion was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Will use him again and recommend his services to friends and family.

+ 0 moreI called A+ and was greeted on the first ring. Dion informed me that he could be out that afternoon to assess the problem. He texted to let me know he was on the way and arrived at the time we agreed to. Once there, he looked at the dryer and determined we needed to swap out the outlet. The work was performed that day and I thought the price was more than fair. This is not the first time we have used A+. Each time I have called Dion has been able to come out in a very timely manner and make the necessary repairs for what I consider a very fair price.
Description of Work: Dion was called to assess a repair needed for a dryer that was provided to a tenant in a rental home. He discovered that we needed to replace the wall outlet to fit a 4 prong dryer plug. Dion made this replacement.
