Terrible. I called Lowes on 7/18/17. Shealy sent repairman out on 7/20/17. Repairman said he would go back to his desk, order the part and let me know what to expect. A week later, I call Shealy. They ask me who the serviceman was that came to my home (I thought appliance companies keep records of this). After looking, they find the call, tell me the part I need is backordered and they don't know how long it will be. Two weeks later, (Monday, Aug 7) I call Lowes back to find out what's going on, they call Shealy. Shealy sets up an appointment with me to install part between 9:30 a.m. - Noon on Wednesday, Aug 9. I call Wednesday morning to confirm and am informed that they won't be there until late afternoon (thanks for the call!). I was not going to be in town that afternoon, so the owner schedules me for this morning before noon. At 1:35 p.m., I call Lowes to see what is going on, they call Shealy and Shealy informs them that they cancelled the appointment because I wouldn't be happy with the work they would provide. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

This review is unfair and full of half truths. It is true that this part was on back order from the factory, we did advise both Lowes and the customer of an expected delivery date. This customer called everyday and when we attempted to schedule the appointment after the part arrived she demanded that we come right then, I explained to her that we had no openings until later in the day, she became verbally abusive and refused to attempt to compromise, it was at that point that I decided it would be best if she had another company service her oven.

Very Poorly
Description of Work: I had them check a broken refrigerator. They showed up two hours late and never called. They sent a very young man he looked 16 but not sure . He had to call his supervisor multiple time, They then said they could fix it for 600 dollars and said it would be better if I bought a new one from them. This place is a scam

I am sorry that you feel like you were not treated fairly. We always clearly state what the service call fee will be while talking on the phone and explain that we will diagnose the problem and present a flat rate price for the repair if it is going to require parts or additional labor. This particular refrigerator needed a compressor . As far as the age of the technician he is 27 and has been in the appliance repair industry for 4 years. We never attempt to hard sale any appliance that we have, we explain that sometimes it is more cost effective to replace rather than repair and do give that option. I wish you would have called me to discuss this before leaving this awful review. We strive to be honest and upfront in everything we do.
