Description of Work: Accurate estimate was provided. No unexpected costs. Contact with owner was professional and timely. Replaced a shingled roof with a metal roof. The finished roof is not as aesthetic as others I looked at before deciding to go with a metal roof. The person that referred Smith Roofing commented there were things he would have had done differently concerning where the siding and metal roofing meet. Clean up after roof was completed was not as thorough as I had hoped for.

Description of Work: They took old shingles off, fixed all rotten spots,put felt on, and put new shingles on.

+ -1 moreThey started by removing the old shingles and replacing them with the new shingles. They put new metal on the edges. New boots on the stacks. They arrived early in the morning and was usually done by 2:00 PM. It only took them 3 days to get the job done. I loved the overall results. I picked out the color and they put it on my roof.
Description of Work: The services that were provided were excellent in every way possible. The work that they performed was extroidinary. They even guaranteed their work. If I had any problems they came as fast as they could to fix it. They also answered any questions or concerns that I had. They were polite and well manared.
