+ -1 moreTechnician found the problem; gave me a $10.00 discount! Technician seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I had a job interview earlier that afternoon. The Technician was also on time. I told him I would do a review, but it took me almost 2 months to do it. The reason Im doing a review today is because I hadn't had a problem since the repair. Great customer service!
Description of Work: Technician immediately answered phone call. Thanked me for calling and ask how could he help me. i told him that my unit wasn't working. The Technician asked me a few questions about the problem i was having; then the Technician scheduled for someone to come out.

+ -1 moreEverything went excellently, as is the usual case with Smart Air. We have been using Smart Air for 5 years now in our other homes and properties to service heating and air systems. My wife and I have come to trust this company during that time. For that reason, we trusted the professional opinions expressed by Smart Air. Worked out beautifully in our favor.
Description of Work: Smart Air came onsite to evaluate a furnace and coil unit that appeared to have some issues in a house we were about to close on. The evaluation was determined to be spot-on as the seller's technician came to the same conclusion that the unit would have to be replaced. The technician was friendly, direct, and accurate. These qualities saved my family a tremendously.
