I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and quality of their work. The three men crew did not fool around. They worked full days and when leaving, left house in a clean state where we could function at night.

After the pressure washing was done, I noticed that there was still black mold. I reached out to them and they told me that they refused to pressure wash the deck again. They also missed areas of the deck. I asked for a contract and they sent me text with the information as opposed to a printed out statement.

I chose Lopez Painting after I saw them complete an awesome job on a house in my neighborhood. I called for a quote, and Homero came to my home and gave me a quote the same day. His quote for the work was the price I paid-- perfect! They did an amazing job on my house, from beginning to end. Homero noticed I had some siding that needed to be repaired before he painted, so he had his carpenter come out the same evening as the day he gave the quote to complete the work. Painting began the next week. Homero was smart to encourage me to pick samples and painted them on the house before I committed to a color. I'm so grateful I did that before picking a color that would be too dark or too bright. His team did the whole job in 2.5 days, which was really impressive considering all the detail work that needed to be done. 8 men worked on the house for about 10 hours each day. The house has 5 colors in total, and it is FLAWLESS. I get compliments all the time from my neighbors! I really appreciated Homero's professional opinion-- which he gave whenever I asked for it. He was very forthcoming with options, etc. I LOVE Lopez Painting!!!

Homero was very professional, prompt, and reliable. His team showed respect for the inside of our home and was very clean on the inside and the outside. They pressure washed the exterior, re-caulked areas that needed patching, and painted the exterior the colors of my choice. They ensured I was 100% satisfied before they left on the last day and did a great job overall. I would recommend Homero and his team to anyone looking for a high quality painting either interior or exterior.

Lopez Painting were fantastic. They were very cooperative. Any adjustment I wanted they made it. Wherever I thought there needed some correction they did it. The pricing was really very good. Very reasonable prices. Very professional. They were here on time and they did the work. I was impressed with them. I would absolutely use them again and I have recommended them to family.

I tell you what, Homero had like 8 guys there and they knocked it out. I think the price was quite steep and talked them down a bit when I got other quotes. The finished job was satisfactory. As time when on I noticed a couple of things I would have liked fixed. In my bathroom they painted over some anchors instead of taking them out which I wasn't so happy about. I also came to find out that they didn't actually paint behind my toilets, just around them. Overall it was an ok job but feel like I should not have paid as much as I did. Homero also was not aware of a lead based paint test that needs to be performed on older houses.

They did an awesome job! Better than I could have hoped for in dealing with a painter.

Lopez painting did a wonderful professional job and even though they were not the cheapest quote we received, they were by far the most professional and willing to work in the timeline we needed.

It took two weeks for him to get here after I called him. The when he came out to give an estimate I felt that he was short for me. I didn't like anything about him as he didn't come all the way to the room and it was a small room. I don't know people are aware that when one speak their own language and when one have the ability to speak English it's very offensive and that was what he did. He spoke to speak Spanish and I did not understand anything. I think that was extremely rude.

From the first time I spoke with Homero, I could tell he was eager and ready to work. He came to my house the afternoon I called him at the appointed time an gave me a quote that was better than my other two quotes (by just a little. ) However, the reason I decided to go with him instead of the other painters was his eagerness to work and his strong desire to please me with his job performance. He and his crew of 4 other painters came promptly on the appointed day and "attacked" my job. They were well organized, efficient, and extremely neat, leaving everything in excellent order. The job was completed with excellent communication between Homero and myself with him addressing and fixing every concern I addressed. The completed job exceeded my expectations and I plan to use him again for other painting I will need after Christmas. His intense desire to please, his extremely strong efforts, and his excellent work ethic make him a painter that I highly recommend.

They finish in a timely manner and are prompt. They do an excellent job with the painting. Very precise.

I had chosen a very specific color for the job and he went way out of his way to find the exact color I needed. His crew was extremely punctual and got to work right away. They finished all the work in 1 day. His prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
