WHISKAWAY AIR DUCT & CARPET

I was told that the permanent filter should be taken out and cleaned every three months. When we tried to remove it, we couldn't. I called the company and told them about the problem. They set up two appointments to come out and didn't show up either time. When I asked them, the woman I talked to wasn't sure why he hadn't shown up. I had thought the initial representative that came out and installed the filter was very professional, but their response to our request for help has made me reevaluate my opinion of them.

Should have checked the list before ordering the service: work was performed poorly, I had to pay TWICE the amount I was quoted. Carpet was wet for TWO days (should be 3-4 hours) and pre-treatment (for which I payed extra) consisted of random spraying of cleaning agent on carpet. Had to remind the tech about deodorizing the carpet, which consisted of once again-random spraying of a "smelly" substance. I have issued a stop payment on my check, stains are still in the carpet. Do not use this company. Spread the word.

HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They left my house a mess, scratched my hard wood floor, and are horrible to deal with. I called and spoke to Paul and Joe at least 25 times about the incident. They agreed to pay for the damages, although I NEVER received a check. The service was done November 24th and over 4 months later, I have received nothing from them. I am planning to take them to small claims court because I have pictures and recorded phone calls from them.

HE ONLY STAYED FOR 15 MINUTES AND SAID THAT HE WOULD COME BACK WITH A TRUCK-MOUNT MACHINE. THEY DID NOT COME BACK WITH THE MACHINE TO MEET THE DEADLINE THAT WE SET, AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. THE MANAGER, JOHN, WILL NOT CALL ME BACK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE DUCTS.
