+ -1 moreI chose Trinity Pest Management for a termite inspection when buying a home. My mortgage program had two approved termite inspectors, and Trinity was the one who could fit me in before the end of my due diligence. The inspector, Ralph Byrd, was on time and efficient. When my letter expired because of delays in closing, he wrote a new letter at no charge. When I got bids for termite bond (the property had not been treated in more than 10 years) Trinity's bid was comparable to other companies. I stayed with Trinity since I already had a relationship with the company. They were on time for doing my termite treatment and quarterly pest control, and I have not seen bugs since they were here.
