Excellent service! In addition to full service blinds, depending on the situation he offers replacements and repairs. One of my home's original blinds broke. I contacted 10 Atlanta area companies asking if they could repair the string. Of those who responded, only Shutterworks offered to fix it (they were not the original company the previous homeowners worked with). He emailed back within a day offering to help for a fair price. When I stopped by, he gave me additional options to make the price even lower. He treated me with fairness, respect, and patience. This is a no frills business focused on giving customers what they need at a good price. I'm so grateful to have found Shutterworks – we'd absolutely work with them again.

The Shutter Works has installed shutters and blinds at three of my homes always on time courteous, very professional great value .

We originally had six 3 1/2" plantation shutter panels installed by Shutter Works. They were great, and we were happy with the installation, the quality, and the price. We contracted with them again for three more panels. With a promise that the shutters would be ready for installation within 4 weeks, they were not installed until 10 weeks after the order. After the installation, we saw that one of the horizontal slats on a panel was noticeably crooked and not aligned with the other slats. I called Shutter Works and left three messages. In my messages, I even said that I would be willing to work with them on the cost of a replacement panel. I did not receive a call-back. While our initial experience with Shutter Works was good, because I did not receive a call-back and received no satisfaction regarding the less-than-satisfactory-quality panel, I would not use Shutter Works again and would not recommend them.
