Description of Work: Cleaned, repaired and applied fabric protector to a custom area rug. Picked up and dropped off the rug. Took longer than expected and price was steep. But work looks like it was done well. All the employees were polite and easy to work with.

+ 0 moreThey did a nice job and had the work done when they said they would. They gave me good advice about not repairing the fringe on the kilim; the value of the carpet wouldn't have merited the cost of the repair. I would use them again.

+ 0 moreI called and the company gave me a choice to have the rugs picked up for a higher price or I could drop them off (for a lower price.) I chose to have them picked up since I had a 9X12 rug. They told me the turnaround would be 2 weeks and that is exactly what it was and they called to arrange for drop off.

+ -1 moreThe quality of their work is good. I find them very trustworthy. They are very careful as to not damage my rugs. I find that their price is competitive. They are extremely professional. They give you a discount if you bring and pick up your rugs yourself. They were able to do them in a timely manner.

Pick up service was perfect, and when I had an issue with delivery times, the owner dealt with issue courteously and promptly.
