Couldn't be better! they were on time, had all of the equipment (their tv mounts were cheaper than Best Buy) and installed everything and cleaned up after themselves. I can't recommend them high enough.

These guys did a very good job for me. They showed up on time and completed the job promptly. The installed a 60" LCD TV on my basement wall. I am very please and will use again.

It took a while for them to make an appointment because these guys are busy, but once they did, they showed up approximately when they said they would, and got the tv installed cleanly and as expected. We installed a 55" television over a fireplace. They had all of the right equipment for a clean, professional installation and fully met our expectations.

They arrived on time were very friendly. They cleaned up their mess. They charged $50 more than the Big Deal cost because I wanted my television over the fireplace.But I was ready for that since it was on tne coupon I recieved. They were very professional and the work was impecable.

We are completely satisfied with the work the guys did! The tv looks great, the guys were very friendly and worked hard to get everything done and working correctly. They took their time and spent a long time at our home to do the job. They even stuck around for us to try powering up each component to ensure it worked correctly. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were great, and I have no complaints.

The final outcome was great. The experience was not great with them. There were missed appointments. The install itself took a long time, it took about 6 hours from start to finish. I don’t think that what they’re being asked to do probably should have taken that long. We’re happy with the price. We paid an extra $75 on top of that for our speaker wires to be sent through the wall because that wasn’t part of the deal. It was an option that they asked us about and it was not a surprise to us.

not only were they on time,they called me when they were 30 minutes away.mike and ken arrived at 2:30 and immediately started working.they did not leave until after 8 pm.they explained to my wife and I everything we needed to learn about the operation of the tv and additional sound bar.if I did not know better I would think everything was wireless.all the wires are in the wall and completely invisible.these guys are true professionals.by the way before they left they vacummed the entire work area and disposed ..all garbage.I would highly recommend them

Contacting, communicating and arranging for this service with Ken and Mike could NOT have been easier. Our situation was a little different and we were able to work out the details and recommendations with a couple of pix and email to review and schedule. We are thrilled! We've been sitting here for two weeks trying to figure out how to do this ourselves - correctly - and we could have saved ourselves A LOT of time just by contacting Satellite and Cable Solutions as soon as we unpacked the TV. Courteous, knowledgable, experienced. And even cleaned up after the drilling! We are grateful for the service guys! Thanks!

It went very well! They came in assessed everything. Then started there were no issues at all. When they finished they vacuumed everything up and moved the cabinet back. Perfect! Thank you so much!

Michael and Ken were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job mounting our flat screen over the fire place. When they arrived they took a look at the job and realized that this was not going to be your typical install because of the space between the fire place and the windows. The only space for the cabling was already taken by an unusually placed electrical outlet. They came up with a plan B that required them to purchase some extra materials from Home Depot. It took them approximately 4-5 hours to complete the install and never complained or balked about the Angie's List advertised price. The outcome was fantastic and I highly recommend them. I called them to hire them. Their answeriing service to a message and I never heard back. I called again and got the answeing service, so I used another company.

They installed a wall mount for a TV, including all the hardware and a new electrical outlet. They did it quickly and professionally, and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with their work.

purchased the deal, company was very responsive, agreed to a date. They were a little later arriving than I expected but considering it was Friday before Christmas I was glad they didn't cancel. Ken and his son installed the wallmount that I had purchased and were very tidy and cleaned up as they worked. TV went up, they suppled extra hdmi cables as annotated in deal, made sure all components were working correctly and I was satisfied. Very professional, very pleasant, highly recommend them.

I purchased the over a fireplace and have to say that all when well. I bought the deal on a Thursday and they called on Monday to see what I was looking for as to what kind off fireplace I had. I told them that it would be over a brick fireplace and they warned me that they would not be able to hide the cables totally and I told them that was fine. On Tuesday the crew (2 people) came out at 1 and started unpacking the TV and sound bar that I had bought. It was large 55 inch TV and was afraid that it was to large for the space. They looking at the spot and told me it would be fine and that I could have bought a 60 inch and it would have been fine. They stated by measuring the space and drilling the holes for the mount and got it on the wall then placed the sound bar and found out that the TV was mounted to low for the sound bar to set under it. Without me asking they said that they would take it all apart and drill new holes for the mount so that it would be mounted where the sound bar would set on the mantel below it. This made me very happy. After getting the TV and sound bar on the fireplace they started looking at the wires and figured out how to hide 90% of them just one small spot where they come from behind the mantel to the cabinet that the components are sitting on is all you can see and with the brick being dark you really have to look hard to see where they are. All in all I am very pleased with the install and would not think twice in bringing them back to work on other TV's and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a good TV installer.

Very polite team showed up on a rainy Saturday afternoon and knocked out the install with no issues. Seamless install, beautiful picture on the television; could not have asked for a better experience. Would call them again in a heartbeat if I had another job.

Though getting in touch with them through their reception system is a pain, once you get in touch with the technician it's smooth sailing from there. The guys are very professional and they will stay with you until everything has been tested and it's working. THey are very dedicated and do a fantastic job. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased the TV's wall mount separately and they installed it, no gimmicks trying to push their product. They respect the customer's decisions. Overall it was fantastic quality job and extremely professional. I'll definitely be recommending Satellite & Cable Solutions to anyone who will listen!

They were great. They were professional and they did exactly the way they said they would come and do the satellite and they were very thorough in what they were doing.

They mounted a TV onto my wall. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. There was a bit of a mix-up in the beginning as to scheduling the appointment but that was worked out. They were very polite, efficient and professional. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

What a great job! First time installation of a flat screen TV on the wall in our new house. Required much prep time and detail work. The TV looks great and all wires are properly concealed.

Were able to come out same day. Showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had thought that the existing mount would not be usable but the technicians were able to use it, saving me the cost of a new mount. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Would highly recommmend.

Everything went fine after the service provider arrived at our residence. The most difficult part of this process was communicating with the service provider after purchasing the Big Deal. They telephone us on 11/22/13 during the morning stating they would arrive at about 2:00 to 3:00 PM. They arrived at 3:30 PM. They completed the 75 inch TV installation about 6:30 P. They did an excellent job. They were very polite, professional and personable. Since they were already here, we had them mount a 40 inch TV. Also an excellent job!

Excellent provider and work product. Great communication, emailed with me for several days answering questions and making sure job needs were clear. They were late arriving but kept me updated several times as to their time of arrival- it was worth the wait. Very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again for other projects.

It went well. They did a very professional job and I was very happy with work they did. It took them a while to get back to me and that was the only negative thing but once they came out and did everything, it looked great. They were very professional and I was very pleased with their work. They took a long time to respond and to schedule an appointment to come out for the installation, which was the only downside. When they came to install they said I didn’t have the bracket I was supposed to have but based upon the add that is not what I understood about the big deal and I thought everything was included. So I had to pay an additional $59 or $69 for them to have the actual bracket. The work was good and overall, I was very pleased with the service. I didn’t have a problem paying the extra money but they should have informed me about the special bracket before they got here. I did have a pretty good experience and I even referred some other business to them because the work was good but their responsiveness was not and I wish I didn’t have that negative thing to say at all.
