Scheduling was pretty easy. I bought the deal through Angie's List and they emailed me within an hour to schedule based on the times I offered. The one thing that I had hoped for was a confirmation that my appointment was in the books, but I assumed all went well and I was booked to install. The day of service, the service guys were late to my 10am appointment. I don't mind folks being late but they didn't call me to tell me about their delay until they were already at least 20 minutes behind schedule. They finally arrived at my home around noon; two hours after my scheduled appointment. They worked quickly though did have to run to Home Depot when they said they didn't have the right part/equipment to install. All-in-all, the whole kit and caboodle took 4+ hours. Overall, I was pleased with everything and they set everything up and showed me how it worked with all of my various connected lines to my TV. The only thing that was lacking here was awareness of how long the installation would take (which I should have asked for) and the timeliness. It's fine when people are a little late - traffic in Atlanta is abysmal - but I would have liked more notice, especially since I ended up having to stay home and work the entire day instead of going into the office. I would recommend them again, but you may want to have them confirm how long installation will take and double check that they're running on time the day they come to install.

They were great! Arrived when scheduled, very detailed, thorough and knowledgeable. I bought a deal for $159 for mounting a TV and hiding all of the wires. I had to buy the TV mount from Home Depot for $100 as I wanted the swivel function. Satellite Cable Solutions told me where to go to buy the best quality mount for an affordable price. They did a great job, installing the TV over the fireplace. We were very impressed with the work and would use them again. It did take awhile to get in contact with them, but once I did, they were able to come out when I was available and fit me into their schedule.

After purchasing the Big Deal to have TV installed over fireplace, I made several attempts to schedule the service via phone and email. I was able to secure a installation date a week later and the TV was mounted as advertised above our fireplace with wires hidden. The installation was good but just a slow start getting it scheduled.

They were quick and professional. I showed them were I wanted the TV and they talked me through an acceptable height. Then they got to work. Before I knew it, they were finished and cleaning up. They did a great job. The only way I knew they had been there was that my TV was on the wall.

They did a great job. They mounted the television over the fireplace. There was no outlet or connections there before. There are no wires showing now and it looks awesome. They took great care to work with the mount I provided as well as made sure the television was exactly level.

This is our first flatscreen TV wall mounting experience, and the team did not disappoint us. Team arrived and conducted a site survey, spoke with us to ensure they understood any additional concerns or comments/questions we had, and began work. Team was professional; very user-friendly, efficient and careful with our adjacent furniture including any items that needed to be relocated to access their workspace. Gave a "B" grade on responsiveness. We had read all posted reviews and were aware that the team sometimes gets delayed on some of their work sites in their daily schedule. This was true with our case, as a delay in a nearby town work site resulted in about a 4 hour arrival after our scheduled/agreed-to time. But this was not an issue for us because we had a flexible schedule that day and the team maintained contact with us throughout the day to let us know about their estimated time of arrival. This did not detract from our overall satisfaction of work provided, and we would reach out to the team again if we need future service. We are satisfied with the care, professionalism, going the extra mile, and overall service provided and recommend this team for your above fireplace installation needs.

He came out here and did what he was suppose to do. My tv is perfectly mounted. There was a problem with the scheduling at first but he was very apologetic and we didn't have a problem after that. We were missing a cable and he even went to Home Depot to go get the missing part for us and didn't charge us for it. They did a fantastic job. I very impressed.

Went great. They got it totally right. System works great. It was an old system with an old 50-inch plasma with RGY connects only and I was installing a new receiver and AppleTV which only works with HDMI. THey recommended an after market converted which I bought and they installed. Great picture and performance. Great service.

Very clean installation, I couldn't be more pleased. They were a bit late, but took their time to do the job right, and cleaned up before leaving. Couldn't beat the price either!

The TV that they were paid to put up worked out great. They did a great job with all the work. The scheduling, thoroughness of the work, and cleanliness of the job all went well.

Everything went great this was a clean install of my 60" LED TV, we are enjoying it. Ben and his team were on time, professional and respectful of what I wanted done. After completing the work they cleaned and put back anything thing that had been moved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an installition, will be getting them again in the future to to do an install on my surround system.

The process went very smoothly. The provider was very professional and the service was exceptional. We are very glad with our TV mounted over our fireplace and with the peace of mind that it was done by a professional. Thank you!

First, the service provider never contacted me via the message service on Angie's List as the purchase confirmation indicated they would. Second, when I called the provider directly, the call was answered "hello" and when I asked "is this satellite and cable solutions" the person responded, "oh, yes." I told him I had an Angie's List Big Deal and would like to schedule the work. We agreed he would come on a particular date and time. Third, about 40 minutes after the appointed time, and no one had come to do the work, I called the number I had used before and which was listed for the company on the Angie's List website and on the Big Deal voucher. The call was answered, but the individual immediately hung up without speaking. I called right back and the call went straight to voicemail. I left a message saying I had expected them 40 minutes earlier and asked for someone to call me back. I never heard from them.

i purchased the deal and waited a coupe days for message from provider, according to deal purchase guidelines. After a few days, I replied to angies list email asking if i had been contacted by vendor, i had not. i then called vendor directly and was told i would receive a call back within the hour. I did not receive a call. 3 business days later i called again. I was told the same, i would receive a call back within the hour. 3 hours later no call. asked for refund on the deal and will schedule with a different vendor.

There was some back and forth with them regarding scheduling. A team of two completed the work within 2 hours. They did a good job and the installation was very neat.

It went great! Mr Kenneth Rogers and his employee exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job mounting my television. They arrived and got straight to work. After a professional greeting and formal introduction the guys went right to work, they began by taking their measurements, covering my floor and fireplace with a protective blanket to prevent dust and dirt from getting anywhere. They then made sure I was satisfied with the location and height they thought would be best, which I was because it was perfectly centered and just the right height. They proceeded to drill holes in the brick installing bolts and anchors to ensure stability, and then attached the "track" that the mount attaches to. After the track was attached, they attached the brackets to the back of my television. After cleaning up and doing a final check that everything was level, they attached the TV to the wall and it was up and looked great. The last step was to deal with the cables. In my case I did not want the cables to be completely hidden because it would have required going up into the top floor, or going into the fireplace, which would mean I couldn't use the fireplace. To be clear the cables could have been completely hidden and Mr Rogers made sure I knew this was an option, but I preferred for them to run across and down the side of the brick due to the shelving setup I will be using for my game console, cable box, etc. The cables were then zip-tied and brackets were used to run them across and down the side. They look flawless and exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen then cleaned everything up, removed their equipment, I paid them and then they left. I felt extremely comfortable letting these gentlemen into my home and was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for the services they offer and if I need any similar work done in the future I will 100% be using their services. If there was an A+ rating I would give it to them. to sum it up: Honest, Professional, Efficient, Courteous and Affordable.

They arrived late to the appointment. I wanted all the wires to be hidden as much as possible and I felt they did not do a great job of that. I had to call them back to let them know my issue and they said they couldn't not help me anymore. I ended up having to have someone else come out to hide the wires properly since they wouldn't. The owner said for all my trouble he would send me a check for a refund of $50 but I have yet to receive it. I wouldn't recommend them to others but they were nice people.
