It took a while to get scheduled, so scheduling was a hassle. They did hang the TV. It was a difficult place to hang it because it was on a chimney that I had covered. And, they did manage to hang the TV on the chimney, so I was impressed with that. They did a great job, but scheduling was a little difficult. They were nice, friendly and professional.

I purchased the "Angie's List Deal" and a couple days afterwards I contacted them over the phone to setup an appointment. They were able to put me on the schedule the same week without any issue. They showed up a little earlier than expected but they were very professional, friendly, and kind. They were able to use the odd non-standard TV mount I purchased for my Television without much trouble. They made sure I was happy with the location and installation before finishing up. After I gave my sign off on the work, they promptly cleaned up the installation location very thoroughly. I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased the deal on Friday and the work was completed perfectly by Tuesday evening! After I purchased the deal, I received an email letting me know someone would be contacting me by Tuesday. They contacted me Monday and said they could come Tuesday evening or Wednesday, at the latest. Tuesday they called and said they'd be available that day! Ken, his son (Brandon, I believe) and Mike (the manager) arrived and immediately got to work! Asked me what I wanted and where! I also informed them I had two shelves that I needed mounted underneath of the TV. They were able to do that for a small fee as well (only $25 extra!). They were professional and efficient and I will DEFINITELY be using them again when I am ready to do the rest of the home. I will also be referring them to anyone I know. I can appreciate great service!!

Very professional, nice to work with. Came and performed the work pretty fast. I thought the price was very reasonable. We have a large media room that will require a lot of work and I will not hesitate to contact them to do that in the future!

Had poor communication from the provider. I had to call mid day of the scheduled date of service to get an ETA or arrival which was vague. The had to call again a few hours later for another ETA and provider stated they were stuck in traffic. Called again an hour later and provider was still 15 to 20 minutes out. By this time it was already late in the afternoon and I had taken a day off work which I will not get paid for so I told them to cancel the service.

The first time we had time with this provided was in march 2014. We bought the fireplace mount deal through Angie's list. They promptly contacted us and did a great job mounting our tv. In September, I wanted to surprise my husband with a new tv and Mr. Chunn was amazing accommodating my short notice to come and mount the new tv. Again, this time they did a great job. The team is extremely professional and courteous. We had them come back once more to mount a sound bar and the old tv in our master bedroom. They did a really good job and worked with all our needs. We will definitely use them again and highly highly recommend them.

They initially only mounted 2 TVs...1 above the fireplace and one on the basement wall. We had them come back to mount tv in bedroom (had to run wire from attic) and switch out tv they mounted on basement wall for another, larger television. The bedroom tv mount turned out to be the most complicated, but they stayed until the job was done.

Servicemen were on time and completed the job in a professional manner. No problems.

Took a little while to get scheduled and then they did not show up for the first appointment due to a truck breakdown but once they were there, did a great job. Hung the TV with no issues and hid all the cords. Made sure it was properly connected to DirecTV and to our DVD player. Cleaned up after themselves. Would use again.

Fantastic! Called to schedule an appointment and left a message. Got a call back from Mr. Chunn within 5 minutes and scheduled the install for the next day. On the day of, he called to say they were stuck in traffic. Came to the house and worked to install a tilt mount and to mount the TV perfectly. No wires, no wall damage. Then the installer asked for a wet paper towel to clean the mantle. I offered to do it myself, but he insisted on cleaning the sawdust off because as he said he put it there so he'll clean it up. Great service, friendly, and professional. These guys know their stuff.
