The two gentlemen were very nice and pleasant to work with. Spent about 7 hours installing all products. I purchased both mounts from them which was a reasonable price. The TV's look great on the wall. My only gripe is that I wish my shelf mount was a little bit higher in the living room to completely conceal all the wires. Otherwise...everything went great and I will recommend their services.

I can't begin to say enough things about Mike and Ken and the job they did. Mike answered my original call immediately and was able to give me a quote over the phone. As he was onsite somewhere else he asked if he could call me back to schedule a time since he wanted to make sure to do for a time that they were free and that was convenient for me. He called me back exactly when he said he would and we were able to set up the appointment. Ken called me back an hour before the appointment to let me know exactly when they would be there and to make sure it was still convenient, then he and Mike showed up right on time. The job ended up being significantly more difficult than originally expected due to the construction of the fireplace, the design of the cabinet, and the configuration settings on the system. What we both expected to take a couple of hours ended up taking nearly 6 hours, with Mike and Ken working late into their Friday evening. Not at any moment did they show any frustration or any intent to leave until I was 100% satisfied. When they did finish and everything was working, they cleaned up to the point that you would never have known that they had just installed the tv. And to top it all off, they stuck to the original price quoted in spite of the extra difficulty and time. They are both great guys who are very knowledgable and did a fantastic job on the installation. Again, I can't recommend them enough - they will be handling all future A/V projects for us without question.

I can see why the majority of the people gave them straight A's..They came out to mount my tv above my fireplace. They also had to fish the HDMI and cable through the wall I had no compliments with their service.. Everything went pretty smoothly and they cleaned up after they were done.. If you ever need a tv mounted, don't hesitate to contact them..Great price and even better service..

They arrived a little later than originally planned, but these things happen and they called to let me know they were going to be a little late. From the moment they arrived, I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing and would take care to provide high quality service. They quickly examined the location, checked around the house to determine the best approach for wiring and got to work. In under 2 hours they had cleanly installed the tv mount that I had previously purchased and provided an outlet and the necessary wiring connections to hook up my new tv! They explained everything they were doing along the way and let me watch the whole process, as a nervous first-time homeowner this made me feel much better about having strangers putting holes in my walls and cabinets! I would definitely recommend Satellite and Cable Solutions, and Mike personally, to anyone who is looking to have a tv mounted or has a tricky wiring situation and wants it all cleaned up.

Very professional . Showed up on time and ready to work . I installed over a 9 ft fireplace so it wasnt easy . They even had brackets , wires , cables needed in their truck which I did not , and allowed the job to be completed same day versus re-scheduling .Just top notch service

I called Mike to schedule a mounting of our brand new 60 inch TV above the fireplace in the new house. The previous owners had mounted their TV in the same place so they already had the hold on the fireplace to feed the wires. We originally scheduled the appointment on a Saturday afternoon for when the movers were coming. Just to be safe I ended up pushing the appointment back to Sunday. Mike was flexible with changing the schedule. It turned out he movers were done by noon, so Saturday would have been fine. Oh well. Ken and Mike came on Sunday to start the mount. I referenced the Angie's List $199 flat screen TV Mounting when I called. They include a lot with that service including the mount, but I needed a swivel and tilt because the standard mount they supply is just a tilt. It was only an extra $30-35 to have the upgrade. I ended up having to leave while they started the mount, but my wife was there to replace me. They took a lot of extra time putting the mount up to make sure that it was even. The molding above our fireplace mantle measured perfectly for a 60 inch TV, so when the got the TV up there it looked perfect. Although we did have a hole already on the fireplace Ken and Mike put an additional hole, because the mount that they were installing covered up the previous hole. I also purchased an additional HDMI cable (one 10 foot cable comes in the package) for our Roku device. I had a five foot cable previously and it wouldn't have fit fed through the wall. They also added casing for all of our cords on the corner of the mantle, which wasn't that much more either. I just need to get some zip ties so that all the cords stay in place within the casing. Overall Ken and MIke did an excellent job and they were a pleasure to be around. Also, for the price of the mounting you can't beat it. I've already recommended them to some family and friends.

Two gentlemen showed up on time and, after showing them what I needed done, got straight to work. They were very professional and pleasant. They completed everything in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. TV looks great and home theatre system is working properly now. I would recommend them and definitely use them again. After purchasing a coupon special on May 24th through Angie's List, I called the number listed on the coupon several times for several days in an attempt to schedule an appointment for the installation. I received an e-mail from them stating they would contact us no later than Saturday, May 26th, which they did not do. I did not receive a return phone call until I called and left a message stating if I didn't hear back from them by the close of business that day I would do a charge back on my credit card and report them to Angie's List. I also sent an e-mail to them stating the same. Shortly after they received my message and e-mail I got a phone call from them to set up a time for service. The guys that came out and did the installation were great. They did a very professional looking job and I am very pleased with the installation. The TV looks great on the wall.

They did an excellent job and they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They worked with the directs installer to make sure that everything was up and running smoothly. They answered any and all questions that we had and we were very happy with the installation.

Overall - they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Very professional, neat, and had a sense of urgency. We will hire them again.

Contacted them right after they initially issued their $99 TV mounting special in May 2012. Apparently they were swamped will business. We tentatively scheduled for 1 week later, but they would call to confirm later in the week. They day of installation I called them to confirm and they confirmed our install for then next dat which was a Sunday, since it was their error for not contacting me. They explained they were swamped and not prepared for the overwhelming response. Once on site, they 2 gentlemen got right to work, very professional, and kept the work area very clean using a tarp to keep wallboard dust contained from cutting hole for cords passage. They were in and out in 1 hour for waht would have taken me all weekend. Well worth every penny.

I was very please with their work. They arrived about an hour and half late, I would say that is the only concern we had(they had called and told us they were on their way). Luckily we were home all day and didn't have any plans so it worked out for us. They both were very pleasant and friendly. Spoke with us about our concerns on hanging the tv and the concerns we had with the showing of the cords. We just moved into our home and are not that well versed with hooking up all the cable, surround sound, wii etc. They took care of that for us as well! We enjoyed chatting with them and having them in our home.

Had trouble initially tracking them down, but was probably due to them serving all of the List Deals they had advertised recently. They did an excellent job and were willing to think outside the box to help me get the desired result.

Once I purchased the coupon, I did not hear from them as I had expected. Once I called them directly, I was on the schedule and all went well. They're pretty busy - service they provide is in high-demand. Great to work with.

The owner answered the phone and all of my questions. He then contacted my husband as I was out of town on business. The beauty of it all was that the TV was up and connected with no cords showing, and I was surprised that is was all done when I got back from my 2 day trip. My husband was also very happy with the work and we will definitely use this service again.
