Michael and his coworker were an hour and half late, but did call and explain they were running late. Since their work often turns out to be more time consuming that planned for, I understood.They were very professional- put down a tarp to catch plaster, etc. from drilling holes, worked with me to make sure tv was at correct height, level. Moved furniture carefully out of the way and replaced it afterwards. They mounted the tv screen quickly but carefully. Very nice to work with, would recommend them to anyone who needs the same job done.

I had the best experience with Satellite and Cable Solutions. They showed up exactly on-time, were knowledgeable, friendly and knew their stuff. They did a great job mounting my TV plus did exactly what they advertised. They cleaned up the work area nicely. I am extremely satisfied with their work!

Michael and a colleague installed a 65" plasma TV above the fireplace. Pros: The install went fine and they did a good job hiding the components beyind the TV. Cons: None. Neutral: They seemed to have a hard time finding our place. They could improve by keeping customers in the loop when that happens.

We used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. This company was very good and did a great job. They seem knowledgeable about what they were doing as far as putting it all together. They also hooked up my Blue-Ray and stereo.

They were able to come out only a couple days after I initially called. Installed outlet above our fireplace and ran cables through wall and into cabinet beside the fireplace. Assembled TV mount and hung TV. Everything went well. They cleaned up well behind themselves.

The job was scheduled and the team arrived as planned. The work took a couple of hours and they did a great job! I'd use this team again. The price is an estimate as I don't recall the exact price but it was a fair price as I checked out a couple of other co's.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Michael called to let me know he was running a little late. His last appointment ran longer than expected, which I was fine with. I really appreciate it when a company calls to let you know if they are going to be late, it shows me, that they understand my time is valued as well. Once he and his partner arrived, they got right to work. They explained all the options I had and what was involved with each. I purchased the TV Mount and the wiring needed from him and he also installed an outlet directly behind the TV. For that, I paid an additional $145.00, which I thought was more than fair. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't have been happier with the job. They cleaned up the small amount of debris created and were done. I found them very professional and would absolutely use them again. I even got a few business cards for my daughter and my brother.

Very professional. Liked the courteous telephone calls to let me know when they were on their way or if there would be a delay, Very cordial. Excellent workmanship. Liked that they cleaned up and left the area tidy.

overall the install went great and both mike and Ken were very friendly and cordial. I was very impressed with their skill and knowledge. I knew they had a real job on their hands and told them I would leave their install choice to them and told them if they wanted to use channeling for the wires it would be fine with me but they wanted to hide all signs of the wires so they drilled through the chimney run the cables outside and back into the house at the outlet. they ran them through plumbers PVC tube so thy would not be exposed to weather. It was a well thought out install from start to finish.

Michael called to advise they had to push back our appointment and asked if that was ok. This was great because I rather know that I don't have to be waiting around for someone to show up. They did a great job installing the big screen above our fire place. We even asked them to provide us with the bracket for the wall. It was a great price compared to what we saw in stores. We also purchased the HDMI cables from them too (also cheaper than what we've paid in the past for cables). They were able to wire our speakers in as well; which we didn't plan for, but the quote he provided was great so we added that on. They cleaned up what minimal mess whas made from the work and were so polite and nice during the job. They did such a great job, and were a pleasure to deal with. Update *July 2014 We were having some work done in the house that required the TV to come off the wall. When we pulled the power cord for the TV, we found that it had been extended in an unsafe manner. We are bringing in a separate electrician to fix this situation.

Michael and team arrived a bit late (called to confirm) but hit the ground running. They discovered an issue with the wiring that required some quick decisions on next steps. We decided to install an outlet above the floorboard which was used to feed the A/V to the equipment and power cabling to a nearby outlet. This extended the install time by a couple of hours but the end result was excellent and we haven't experienced any issues with the TV since it was mounted. Overall, the service was good and we received a lot of value for our money. Would certainly recommend them for a flat panel install or general wiring needs.

These guys are great - the cable company came out to my house to adjust the cable equipment and somehow messed up my surround sound that was installed by these guys. I gave them a call they came out that day and figured out the problem and everything is up and going again. I contacted the cable company and the only comment they gave me is we can't touch it because we don't do that - but the cable company was the company that messed it up. These guys are professional and very helpful and the fact that you can call and get immediate assistance is great.

Satellite And Cable Solutions performed an outstanding job mounting our TV and connecting our surround sound. We were able to secure an installation on Thanksgiving eve. The team worked efficiently, and professionally, until properly completing job (no breaks). We will use Satellite And Cable Solutions again for future projects.

My husband dealt with them and didn't have them look at anything but the theater because they didn't seem to know what to do. They were very nice, but didn't instill any confidence in my husband since they were asking him what things were in the house!

They did just a wonderful job. They put in a plug behind the TV so there are no cords showing. They were very nice about it. They called me on a Saturday and said they were in the area, that they could come and mount my TV. I told him I had not bought the mount yet. He asked me what kind of TV I had and he stopped and got the mount for me. That was very nice. They certainly went above and beyond. They were very professional and they did just a beautiful job. I was extremely pleased.

I could not be more pleased with the service and installation. I have always been a little skeptical of reviews that were positive but Satellite and Cable Installation was what I wished every in-home installation or repair was. They installed a wall mount and then put my new TV on the mount and programmed it for me. They ran cables behind the wall so that it looks professional. When they were done, they cleaned up and took the box and trash with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a TV installation.

At first it was difficult to get hold of Michael to get the work completed. It was an Angie's List deal. It turned out that Michael had been out of town. When I finally did get hold of him, we agreed to a date and time. Michael and Kenneth arrived late in the afternoon and it took about 2 hours to hook up the system. They did a fine job with what turned out to be a difficult job. The TV needed TLC to connect a wall mount and special care had to be taken when running the wires and cables. I asked them to supply the mount. They made it work even after I gave them bad information regarding which cable led to the outside. They were very polite and did a great job. It looks great! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

They told me they might have something open on Monday. He then said they were working on a job out by me on Sunday and that they would make it to me after that job, which was great. I called them that afternoon and they said they were still on the other job and they would be here later. I called them many times that evening with no answer. I finally left a voice mail at 9:00 PM saying it was too late but asked them to please call me the next day on Monday because I really needed the work done by Thanksgiving. I never heard back from them. I was very disappointed. I doubt I will able to find someone else who will be able to do the work in time.

Overall they did great work. As I have needs in the future I will definitely call them again

I have hired the service for wall mounting my husband's flat screen tv. It is a holiday gift so the work hasn't been done yet, but the gentlemanliness the phone was very personable and professional in demeanor, and returned phone calls promptly! He was helpful and willing to schedule appointments as far as 2 months ahead, which was very much appreciated.

Very well. The company was able to schedule us for the next day. They arrived on time, were friendly, and professional. They asked what our interests were and provided several options. They took the time to listen and verify what the details, and then began work. They remained focus on the job, did not take a break and the work turned out just as described. The job was professionally performed, and all of our questions were answered thoughtfully.
