These guys hung my TV over the fireplace. They did an absolute amazing job. They took there time and made sure it was done professionally. I was very stressed out about the entire thing in general and they just took over and did everything perfectly. I wouldn't use these guys in a heartbeat in the future.

Very professional and courteous. Excellent workmanship. They worked efficiently, but took extra time to make sure the TV was centered properly. The cables were managed well and completely out of site. I have received many compliments about the work.

Some bumps getting it scheduled and getting Michael on-site; that said I am very happy with the end product, the interaction while on premise. Michael does good work at a fair price.

An appointment was scheduled for the morning of Sep. 25 2013. When no one had called or showed up by mid afternoon I contacted the company and later received an email apology for not making the appointment. Five days later Michael Chunn called and we rescheduled for Oct. 2. He arrived and we discussed possible plans for upgrading and integrating computer and audio visual systems. He said he would research products etc and send a proposal- possibly that night. He projected that he would need about 3 hours to do the work he would propose. He has not been in contact since the visit. I left messages on his phone with no response. I called the other number listed for the company a week later and was told that he would be in touch immediately. This was more than a week ago and there still has been no contact from the company. I do not think the company acts in good faith. I'm surprised and disappointed that Angie's List would recommend this company. I want my money refunded!

THESE GUYS DID AND EXCELLENT JOB! THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE THE CABLE AND ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND LEFT EXTRA CABLE OUT SO THE KIDS COULD CONNECT VIDEO GAME CONSOLES WHEN NEEDED. THEY NEATLY COVERED THE OLD FACE PLATES AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING ONCE THE JOB WAS DONE AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND KNOWS THEIR CRAFT. I WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

First of all, I had to follow up twice with the provider to make sure he was coming. The confirmation process was non-existent. Then, they sent a service technition that didn't know Apple products. He said, "I am an Android guy, not an Apple guy." He spent an hour and a half and things are still not working quite right. I will say that he was a wonderful person - he just wasn't knowledgeable on how to address the problems. He also suggested I ask for a complete refund, which I have done. This was not a great experience. My recomendation is to avoid this vendor.

Purchased a two hour block of time from Angie's list, they spent significantly more time on the job. I felt the need to pay extra since they worked longer that the time that I purchased from Angie's list. The were professional, did the job requested and cleaned up any mess they caused. They were professional and pleasant to deal with. I would use them again.

Ken and Michael did a great job. They were efficient, professional, and did quality work. I provided the mount and there was no wiring required, so I was able to take advantage of their Angie's List advertised special and get the work doe for $159. They would up having to move a wall plate because my mount was a different size than the one the previous owners used, but that was not a problem for them, either. When the job was done, they cleaned up all the dust and debris caused by the drilling and cutting themselves and made sure that I was satisfied with the angle and placement. Excellent work.

These guys really know how to get the job done. I had them mount my TV using a wall mount I purchased separately. Job took a bit longer than expected, due to concrete behind the wall that they had to maneuver around while trying to conceal the wires. They were down in my basement for hours, but no complaints from either of the men for how difficult the job ended up being, nor were there any additional charges The finished product looks great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

They were great. They went above and beyond. They did not get back to us immediately when we called them, but once they did, they made sure and got us in quickly and did a fabulous job. We had a difficult wiring situation and they really worked with us to get it accomplished and meet our goals. Will definitely use them in the future.

That was fine. They were competent. The work was so far, so good. The TV hasn't fallen yet. I paid an extra $50. They're pretty quick on contacting me. I was just slow to get back to them for scheduling. I would use them in the future.

I could not be happier with Michael's work on this project. Very professional, took time to understand what needed to be done, made sure all of the "little things" were done (exact measurements, perfectly centered, etc) cleaned up afterward and made the install look like it had always been there. I would HIGHLY recommend this provider for any low voltage work. Great result at a great price and very professional, we could not wish for anything better.

Installation was smooth and professional. Everything was installed professionally with cables hidden and openings covered with outlets. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. Both john and Michael did a great job and would highly recommend using them. Also, they cleaned up everything and even brought a shop vac with them to vacuum up any mess from where they cut the sheet rock.

It went very well. They called when they were running late. They went right to work once they did arrive and it was finished in a timely fashion.

The installation of my flat screen above the fireplace went great. Nice attention to detail. In addition they installed two additional flat screens while onsite even though it was a last minute request. This was a big help as my painters were starting the next day.

It was excellent. It sort of started before that because I had specific requirements for the mount and they did the research for me and procured a special mount for me. Then when they came up they drilled and hid the wires, mounted the TV, filled up an old base on the wall and they waited to make sure that the cable works correctly. I had to call Comcast to make sure that they waited and made sure that it was working correctly. The service that stood out was just the extra work they did for me that I think wasn't required and I think he went out of his way to do research for me.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. He is very professional and did a good job so I was happy with it.

Did a great job. Their mounting unit was more than half the price of Best Buy so we returned the one we purchased from there

Michael mounted a flat-screen television in my master bedroom and performed the task to perfection. I scheduled the service through Angie's List and could not have been any more pleased. The provider arrived on time and installed the mount to my satisfaction. He also made sure that he cleaned up the site, including vacuuming the floor. Both he and his assistant were very professional in every way. I'd highly recommend him for services such as this.

He was polite and apologized for not returning my phone calls. He indicated that there was some problem with his answering service, so I will give him another chance.

Both Ken and Michael were very professional. They worked very hard to install the television over the mantle with no wires showing. After they left we noticed the television was off by one inch on one side. We notified them and they have tried once to come back to correct the problem, but we were not going to be at home. I told them to not make a special trip to correct the problem but whenever they are in the area to let us know and they could come by at that time. As soon as the problem is fixed I hope to post a picture of their work. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Ken and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They took the time to plan out the work to see the best possible way that it could be done. They worked late and stayed until the job was done. They offered the best price compared to others and the quality of their work is excellent. I would definitely use them again

Very professional. Called to say they were on their way and showed up on time. Moved things out of the way and put down a drop cloth. They installed the mount, ran the cables, mounte dthe tv, plugged everything in, programmed and showed me how to work it all. I would use them again in a a heartbeat!

I first contacted Satellite And Cable Solutions this morning to see what the availability was for installing a flat screen after finding a deal from them on Angie's list. They stated that they could most likely perform the later in the day. Mike called me 30 minutes before they arrived to see if I still wanted to service completed. I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. I was also relieved after having a different company call me 30 minutes after they missed their 2 hour window appointment to let me know they were still 1 1/2 hours away. Unfortunately, the good impression of Satellite And Cable Solutions quickly wore off once they began their work. The 1st screw for the mount was installed into the stud above a fireplace without any issues. I noticed the attempt to place the 2nd screw appeared to not be hitting the stud. The installer finally gave up after placing a 3rd hole in the wall without finding an actual stud and used an anchor instead. Strike One. They then began to cut an access hole in the dry wall that would allow them to pull the a/v cables through. BINGO, the employee finally found the stud....too bad it was with his hand saw and not the screw. Strike Two. The employee then began to measure up the space to install the cable access at the bottom of the fireplace. The placement looked odd so I asked the employee how he planned to proceed. This is where I realized my mistake. I should have asked specific details during my morning conversation on how they planned to complete the job but I did not. I quickly learned that the employee/company did not have a low voltage license as required by the State of Georgia for the wiring they were attempting to complete. Strike Three I then asked them why their profile on Angie's List stated that they were appropriately licensed. This is my second mistake, I should have verified their license from their profile page further. We finally agreed that they should leave. The employees seemed more worried about a negative review on Angie's List than the fact they were conducting unlicensed work.
