Description of Work: We had cable and an electrical outlet installed above our fireplace. There were no outlets near here, so they ran these up through the unfinished basement. They also installed our surround sound and hung the 2 rear speakers. Those wires were also ran through the basement. There were no unnecessary holes put into the wall and each both outlets are hidden behind the tv. We also purchased the wall mount from them (included in the price above). They didn't leave until the tv was on the wall and all components (apple tv, cable box, bose surround sound) were functioning properly. This ended up being an 11 hour job and the price remained exactly what was quoted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Description of Work: This team took their time to do the job correctly. They mounted our flat screen on a fully articulating mount, installed a plug on the wall behind the TV, hung our media shelves below the TV, hooked all the electronics back up and made sure all the cords were hidden. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The job was priced as quoted. We are very happy and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Upon calling provider for the first time and telling them I had just purchased a Big Deal, they didn't know what the coupon said. In fact, they asked me what the details read and I provided. They acted almost clueless. Then they said they were busy and would call me Monday (6/10). Monday came and went; now it is Tuesday afternoon and still no contact. Atlanta is just too big of a market for a consumer to have to do back flips to get a provider to provide sound and prompt follow-up. Plus, the attitude in general when I phoned initially was not appreciative at all for the new business. I don't want anything to do with this provider.

Description of Work: I got two mounts put in. One over the fireplace in my living room and one in my bedroom. The house is older (built in 1950) so mounting the tv over a brick fireplace and mantle is more difficult, but it looks wonderful! Ken and Mike were very flexible with coming out whenever was convenient for me and inspecting the job before they started. Cost was totally reasonable given the job difficulty and they basically threw in the mounts for free. I will definitely call them again if I need anything else done.

Description of Work: The 2 who installed the wall mount did a very professional job. They located the studs, checked my preferences at every step, and worked with dispatch. I was very pleased with the results. I don´t remember the exact date of the installation and your @#!!! form doesn't allow for this indication. You can do better!

Description of Work: Took several days to schedule service. Brought incorrect size cable. Stretched cable around closet door. Said they would be back in a day or 2 to replace. Still no correction. This is they tackiest job I have ever seen. I am now home on hospice care and will have many visitors, which will be very embarrassing. Description of Work: We purchased a large TV for our office conference room and needed it hung on the wall for better viewing by the 10 seat conference table. The install was delayed for a few months but they did check in twice month to see if we needed it sooner. The install was performed to our exact request. We had already purchased a wall bracket to hang the TV, but the vendor installed the bracket, hung the TV and relocated and installed both electric and cable outlet boxes behind the TV. They pulled the appropriate wires and replaced those that were too short. The extra work was $155 and well worth it for the professional job they did with the install and clean up.

Description of Work: My tv and soundbar were mounted with the wires going through the wall and my dvr/dvd player were reconnected. These guys were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the services they were performing.
