The service was fine, it was actually very good.

He is very efficient.

It was great. They call ahead. They keep a schedule and notify when the service is due. We make an appointment and it's handled quickly.

They are excellent and have been very patient with my mom. They explained things with her and we have all been very pleased with this company. We would highly recommend them.

The cost was a little bit higher because they were doing an initial inspection and service. The way that they had installed the filter on that particular unit made it really hard to figure out how to change it, and they were able to show me how to do that. For the price, it was pretty middle of the road. I thought they did a good job. They had a window, and I really don't like it when you have a four hour window. It makes it really difficult. The guy was pretty good.

I'm pretty happy with them. I'm gonna have them come out this month to check it for Summer. I've been using Premier since I bought the new place; about a year.

We're on a contract with them. They're a small operation. They're very responsive and very nice.

These guys were great today. My heater wasn't running on a cold day and they came out "same day" and diagnosed a simple problem, replaced a couple filters and were on their way. When was the last time you got anyone to come same day?

They have been really good. They keep my air conditioner working. I have been really happy with them. They come twice a year. They come when they say they will. I will keep using them because they are here when they say.

My A/C went out on a Sunday in July. I called Premier and they made a service call on a Sunday afternoon. The part needed was unavailable but the technician managed to by-pass the problem so that the a/c was serviceable until the part arrived. I was very pleased with the service.

Premier was courteous, responsive, and informative. They responded to my call for an estimate the same day. I was without heat on one of the coldest days of the season. I got a quote of about $1,000 ($600 for parts) from another HVAC person referred by someone in my development. Premier came to my residence an inspected the unit. Then, they explained that the igniter was disconnected a thorough cleaning of it was needed. They were complete within the hour. I am grateful to have called them. Unfortunately, I do not know the company name of the firm that provided the first quote and likely disconnected my igniter. My house is now heating better than it did before the system failed.

They are reliable, and accurate. They tell you your options, and explain things to you clearly. They are reasonable in their scheduling. The prices are reasonable as well.

We had to wait only one day in the middle of summer for them to come and fix it. We spent about $300. They replaced the Freon, tested the systems, checked everything over and did some tune up. I have been using them and they have been very good, very personable and very willing to help. The price was fair. All the times that I have used them, they have been there and they have answered my calls. They have communicated very well. They are a great company. I will recommend them to other people.

They did great work. They explained everything and were willing to give me all of the time that I needed to ask questions and understand everything. They made sure to clean up after themselves. I give them A's all the way down.

I have been using their services for about four or five years. My mother recommended them to me because she was very impressed with their service. They have been great. They are usually on time, efficient, and they explain things. The person who mans the phones is very professional and courteous and is on top of things.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. They were very friendly and very quick at responding to the needs of my air conditioner. They came out the same hour that I called for the service. This was a really big plus for this company, considering the rising temperatures. I would use them again. The price was excellent also.
