Description of Work: The provider installed an exterior side of a double-paneled glass window, with a semi arch on top. I could not find anyone would do just that. Most of the providers would do a whole window installation, but Parker & Son Windows was able to install just the outside window and sealed it off. By doing just that I was able to save about of 40% of total costs. |The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't seal the window from the inside of the house; I think that was an oversight on the crew, not their workmanship. I had some caulking material at that time, so I finished it off afterward. |For the value of the money, they did a good job and got what I needed. Bob kept his word on pricing as well as his honesty on the work to be done by his field crew. I would recommend their services to others and if a need arises, I would consider them again.

Parker & Son came to the house and measured the shower area for price estimation. I wanted to have a clear glass shower enclosure since I did not want to use a shower curtain plus it would add to the appearance of the bathroom. I could not buy one ready made because of the L shape opening of the shower entrance therefore it had to be a special order. About two weeks later two service representatives from Parker & Son came back and installed the shower door enclosure. I was completely satisfied with the installation and the quality of the materials used. The bathroom looks great with the new glass shower door enclosure.

Everything went wonderfully well: their showroom has lots of ideas that you might not even think of without actually seeing the shower enclosures already finished. They gave me excellent advice about what would and wouldn't work, how to get the most for my money, and how to realize the idea I had safely and sensibly. I would absolutely use them again for any glass project.
Description of Work: I needed a frameless glass shower enclosure for a very difficult space. I had some ideas about what I wanted, but the wonderful people at Parker showed me alternatives that were both more asthetically pleasing and safer. They came on time, did beautiful work, and two years later I am still thrilled with my new shower!

Went to the showroom to look at all the options. Once I decided, they sent someone to measure - these doors have to be exact! About a week later they returned and installed the door. They took their time and worked very carefully and even shined it thoroughly before leaving. It looks wonderful and I'm so glad I decided to go frame-less, even though it is more expensive. Having the more expensive brushed bronze hinges and handle also added to my cost. But I'll enjoy it for a long time.

Parker and sons were very professional, easy to talk to, and made my windows look great. They came in and measured then called me with an estimate. They ordered my glass and called me sooner than I expected to schedule the install. When they came to install my glass, they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I have one more window that needs repair and I am planning on calling them back to do that one.

We found Parker & Son's through a Real Estate Agent. They were very careful removing the old windows and installing the new windows so no glass was broken. They gave us a estimate and charged exactly that.
Description of Work: Bay Windows replaced the glass in 5 windows within our bay window. They took molding off inside the window casing, took out the old glass put new glass in and reinstalled the window casings/molding.
