I called them to have an existing shower door removed and a frameless door that I had already purchased elsewhere installed. I was informed that they only install their own doors. So, I was not able to use them.

From the first phone call to the installation of the shower enclosure, it was a perfect experience. Never before have I had the pleasure of working with a company that was so efficient. They were punctual, reasonably priced, and installed an excellent product. This company will always get my business, and I will make sure that I tell all my friends about the outstanding service they provided. Parker & Sons gets an A + in my book!

After getting quotes from three local vendors, we chose Parker & sons for the installation of an all glass shower door four our renovated master bath. They provided good advice over the phone which got me in the ballpark. Some companies demand to come to the house and measure before providing initial estimates. We found $100 swing in estimates both high and low. Parker & sons price was in the middle but they were clearly qualified based on people i spoke with who had used them in the past. Time frames for measuring onsite, glass order and installation took about 2-2.5 weeks which they acknowledged up front. we're satisfied with the installation. We would recommend Parker & Sons.

Professional and quick. Very reasonably priced. I ordered a glass table topper and it was ready the next day. Very happy with the product.

The guys were friendly and professional. They explained the process clearly and installed it in a day and on the date and time promised. Overall a good experience and would definitely reccomend them again. There was no damage to the property and they cleaned up while leaving. I have just emailed the company seeking a solution to the water spotting on the glass despite the extra spent for an enduro shield water repellant coated glass, let's see what happens.

I called the company and I believe they sent out their guy the next day. He measured and told me he would call me back with the quote. The next day he had left me a detailed message on my cell phone with the two options we had discussed. I called them back with my choice and they said it would take a few days to get the door ready. They requested half down which was fine with me. They called me to install before we were ready for them(I wanted our plumbers to finish), so they told me to call them back a few days before we were ready for the installation. I called them when we were ready, and they ended up coming a day earlier than we had scheduled due to their installers schedule. This worked out better for us. I found them professional, timely, and good customer service. Installation was quick and the results are that we have a new shower with nice glass doors. I would definitely use them in the future. I wish all contractors would be so efficient and easy to work with.

We had a mirror fall off the bathroom wall and shatter. Parker & Son came out the next day, measured for a new mirror and returned the next day to install it. They gave very good service. When they were running a bit late, they called and let us know when they would arrive. The quality of their work was excellent.

They have done very good work. I have used their services about three times now. Their fees have been reasonable for the work done.

Overall from start to finish everything was perfomed timely and professionally.

Moved into a home that had new windows (two different kinds) ,but no screens. Parker & Son came out and measured all 15 of my windows for custom screens. They called the same day with a quote and I had new screens installed only a few business days later.

All the folks I dealt with at Parker were great. The guys came out quickly to measure, Sara had my estimate emailed to me the following day and Mark answered all my questions with patience and promptness. The glass took exactly as long as they said to make (1.5 weeks) they called the day i was expecting them to and they came the next day to install. I got a call early to say when they would arrive, and another when they were on their way. The install took only 2 hours and they were neat and fast. The baths look great and it was by far the easiest part of this extensive remodel. We still have one basement bath to go, so we will be calling them again soon to finish down there too!!

Perfection. I got quotes from 3 different glass companies for our master shower walls and doors. Parker & Sons were the only ones to volunteer to come out and get an exact measurement for their quote. I was given the option to upgrade the glass and the price was ¼ the price that another company quoted me. Jeff and Kenny were really great to work with. The frameless shower enclosure makes my shower area look a lot bigger. Parker & Sons was a great company to work with.

I was very pleased with them. A handyman had recommended them to me. They were very nice and they did what they said they would do. They gave me advice on other things that I could do to prevent having to pay somebody else again to do things. Except for one time I got the same technicians all the time. They had an office which is two miles away; I decided one day to drive over there and see. I went over there and I was very pleased with the staff at the office and I increased my order after being there and meeting the people. I always wanted a shower door and after what they did with the storm doors, I ordered a shower door.

The estimate was done at the pre-arranged time, and the next day I accepted te offer. It took a couple of weeks for the materials to be gathered together, after which all three tasks were scheduled and performed on the same day. To me, the best thing that can be said about any job is that it is done on time, in a quality manner, and at the specified price. All this happened with these three tasks, and I greatly appreciated the work that was done.

An estimated was provided. I decided to pursue their services based on the reviews and the detailed estimate. I had to reschedule them once due to rain and they were very accommodating. Keith Parker came out and performed the installation of the window screens. We have three levels to our home so the screens were installed from the inside. He was very nice, courteous and professional. He also, answered all of my questions and provided some guidance on lubricating the window tracks and other issues related to our windows. A big thank you to Keith! Keith also replaced glass pane on a broken window. Overall, I am very happy with the product and services. Only two negatives for me. 1) timeframe for the day of scheduled service would be nice so that one does not need to ensure to be home all day. 2) I thought the labor cost was a bit high.

Our HOA sent us all letters saying if we don't have screens in our windows by next month, we would start incurring fines. These guys were installing screens at a neighbors last week and we walked up and starting talking to them. We talked to them about an estimate for our windows. Long story short, the next day they were at our house, after receiving a fair estimate, installing brand new screens. They had all of ours in stock already but they also make custom screens if you need custom sizes. Two guys came over and what I didn't realize was that they have to install screens by opening the windows to secure them in place at the bottom. Well, our 1980's townhouse hasn't had windows that open in about 20 years. But that was no problem for these guys. They both worked hard to get all of our windows to open and they didn't charge us extra to do it. It took extra time and a lot of sweaty, brute force. They kept the house clean, on time and the price was right. Plus installing the next day worked really well. I highly recommend this company. It worked out great.

They are great. They are fine workers. They are courteous and well priced. They gave good service. I would use their service in the future too.

I discussed my wish to replace my existing shower enclosure and received guidance on thr new design and the cost including the timing and servie they will provide. We schedule one day for the removal of the old and the measurements were then taken for the new. I was promised that the installation of the new enclosure would be within one week and it was met. Everything went smoothly and I am satisfied with the results.

They were recommended to us by our contractor. We also found them on Angie's List. We have used them three times, and they came out for different things. They were very professional and stuck to their schedule and estimates. They were not cheap, but reasonably priced. The work was done very well. They were great.

These guys were phenomenal, the mirror looks absolutely beautiful. They were on time and cordial. They even mounted the lights for me and cleaned after installation. They were very professional and truly helpful. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Parker and Son provides a free visit to your house including detailed measurements before they provide an estimate. They have been in business for a very long time, and they clearly know their stuff. Everyone I worked with was completely professional. I value a quality job over all else. That's why I went with Parker and Son, and that's definitely what I got. I got 3 other estimates, and Parker and Son was by far the highest, but you get what you pay for. They use only the highest quality hardware and glass. The glass was custom manufactured to specifications and factory coated for years of easy cleaning. The job was so well done that I would use them again without hesitation. (I might haggle a little on the price next time, though.)
