The owner is very polite. He called to let me know when he was coming and that he was going to be ten minutes late. He was very competent and tidy. He cleaned up after himself. It was a very positive experience. I didn't price it out with other electricians.

We had a great experience with him. His prices were reasonable and his services were great. We weren't unhappy with the price. I've already recommended him to someone on my street.

One of my all-time favorite repair experiences since being a homeowner. I was not embarrased that my mistake in fixing the repair was very small. Also he took the time to explain to me how outlets worked and what was happening with the way my house was wired. And for value added, he spyed a wasps nest outside my door and sprayed it. I am very likely to call some other contractors he recommends for larger jobs and would recommend Matt to friends in the neighborhood.

The owner's name is Mathew Morgan. He was the person that came to check out for the electrical outlet for my refrigerator. I called and made an appointment with him for that. He was here earlier than he said he would be which was great. It only took him about thirty minutes to trace the problem. It was a connection that had burned out in the basement and which he replaced very quickly. The price was fairly hefty because he told me that he charged a minimum amount for a call but given the fact that he was here before he said he would be and that he very quickly fixed the problem and he was very professional about it, that was fine with me. When my basement flooded, my dryer had gotten wet and was unable to be repaired. When I got a new dryer, the company discovered that the cord was not long enough to plug into the outlet. I went to the store I bought the dryer from and I went to the hardware store, but I was unable to find a cord long enough to plug in the dryer to my outlet. I called Mr. Morgan and he came over and looked at it. He told me that there was a new electrical code that said that the connecting line cannot be longer than six feet. Neither the company I bought the dryer from nor the hardware store had known about the new electrical code but he did. I asked him if we could move the box and he said he could and he took on the job to move the electrical outlet. He also found that they had not provided me with the required vents for the dryer. He normally did not do these jobs with the installations but he did it for me. I talked to him on a Friday and he came in on a Saturday. He charged me for the supplies that he brought and his normal fee which was an hourly rate. I don't remember what his fee was. I was completely and absolutely satisfied with that. I was just amazed that he knew of the new electrical code that nobody else seemed to know about and that was why I could not buy a cord long enough to reach the outlet. I was completely satisfied with Mr. Morgan. He very quickly called me back and made an appointment with me. He was there when he said he would be there. He was a little bit late on coming in to fix up the electric dryer. He called me to say that he was running a little late as he was buying the supplies at the store. He kept me apprised on why he was going to be a little late and he was there when he said he would be there. He also came in on the weekend and did the work.

Terrific job, great work, good ideas about how to handle problems.

The work went extremely well. We had four estimates and Mat Morgan's was almost smack in the middle. There were no hidden extras when the work was complete. We found him punctual and pleasant, despite having to squeeze his significant height into a very narrow crawl space. Everything works perfectly; the work was done neatly. Likes dogs.
