We have used this cleaning service for a while but every time they came the cleaning job was less and less of quality. The most decisive event though occurred when we were on a trip and were called that there had been a water leak and because of this the downstairs ceiling was damaged. We were told the water was turned off to the house to prevent further damage. We came home and turned the water on and no leak was seen. However the faucet to the tub that had leaked was no longer working properly. We had a plumber come by and he said it had been tampered with and that the hex screw had been over tightened and had damaged the inner workings of the faucet. Long story short is that the faucet had to be reworked. Of course the ceiling that was damaged while the maids were there had to be repaired as well. The total cost was well over 2000 dollars and when confronted the maid service of course denied any responsibility. I will never use nor recommend their services. Beware of natures cleaning service on Fairoaks Road in Decatur, Georgia.

EXCELLENT. Reliable, honest, thorough, great attitudes. A little pricey (for a 3BR house), but I think worth it! Would highly recommend.

They are really good and the price is reasonable. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.
