+ -1 moreThey identified an unexpected location for a ground fault reset switch (GFI) for the 3rd floor bathroom and 3rd floor deck outlets (GFI was actually in the garage) and reset the GFI. They determined that the light outside the garage was on a timer switch, which they identified for me, and noted that it had gone bad. My service contract did not cover timers, so I had them replace the timer with a regular switch, for which they charged $35. I thought this was a little high for something that took 5 minutes to do, but I guess skilled tradesmen have to eat too. The service contract fee for any visit is $75, so total was $110. In summary, they were on time, responsive, and did all work quickly. However, they were a little costly, and they failed to clean up after themselves in areas where they did work.
Description of Work: I have a home services contract with a company for which Meadows provides electrical services, and they came out to check electrical outlets that were not functioning for a bathroom fan and on an outdoor deck, as well as to determine where the switch was located for a light outside the garage.
