water heater repair
+ -1 moreI live in a converted duplex and have TWO water heaters to worry about. I originally called about the hot water running out too soon in the shower. I decided to check the other heater out too. It is located in a small space behind a panel behind my dryer. The floor was flooded and the heater was rusted! Mr. Nicholson managed to replace my water heater in that small and difficult to get to place without damaging my dryer or my furnace which was also in the way. It was 90 degrees outside and the work was hot and heavy, but it was completed within 2 hours with no mess to clean up! I feel like the price was very reasonable (discount for being regular customer) and I now have a new water heater and the other one is working well too. I have used this small company once before with good results and I should have written a report then- I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: One rusted and leaking water heater removed and replaced with a new one. Settings changed on water heater number two.
