+ -1 moreJEREMY ACTUALLY FIXES STUFF, AND HIS WORK DOES NOT REQUIRE A BANK LOAN. He's very knowledgeable about old houses, and notices potential problems. He has an excellent memory. He's very personable and easy to establish an ongoing professional relationship with.
Description of Work: Several visits for different plumbing problems: clogged pipes, replacing cast iron pipe, adjusting system pressure, replacing pressure tank, replacing valve to outside hose, .......................in a 1929 house.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job of making sure the kitchen sink was supported properly underneath. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He is reliable, affordable and knows exactly what he is doing whether it be water heater replacement, bathroom or kitchen sink plumbing or toilet plumbing /replacement. He does it all.
Description of Work: Kitchen sink was an undermount that had been improperly put in by a local kitchen company during my kitchen re-model and it started to pull away from the countertop. Jeremy came and re-positioned the sink back up to my countertop and put in reinforcements underneath so it would not happen again. He also checked the kitchen sink plumbing to make sure all connections were tight and nothing had pulled loose. I have used him over the last 15 years and every time he has done an excellent job on everything (new toilet, sink, tub plumbing,etc) .

+ -1 moreHe's on time, gets the job done and is reasonably priced. You won't be having to call another plumber to fix what he does. He gets it right the first time.
Description of Work: Jeremy has done tons of work for us, from replace water heaters, to fixing leaky pipes. He knows plumbing inside and out and has years of experience. He comes, gets the job done and cleans up the site until you never knew he was there. The problem will be FIXED and that will be that. The most recent thing he fixed was a low flow shower head. He took care of it and only charged a trip fee. He's a great plumber and such a gentleman!
