+ -1 moreThey were very thorough. They had to order the motor, which took about 4 days, but he came back and installed it. He even came during the evening to install it because it was very hot here. He did a very good job.

+ -1 moreTotally checked the pressure in the system and replaced the filters on the system. Very professional and took off their shoes as the came through the house. Gave us customer education on how to maintain the system between annual services.

+ -1 moreDuring annual service Justin noticed that ice had formed on the expansion valve that had not been noticed by us. He ordered the part and came back the next day in put it in the system and got the system functioning properly. This was an extremely reasonable price for the part and expansion valve based on comparisons we made online for similar work with other providers for Carrier 4T systems.
