Description of Work: I would have been giving an A rating if Caleb at Frazier Plumbing would have followed through and finished the job. It took a few days to nail him down initially but when I did he showed up on time to fix my shower and all seemed to go well. He said he needed an additional part and it would have to be ordered. I made this mistake of telling him it was no problem and I wasn't in a rush. Fast forward to 4 weeks later and he won't return my calls or texts. When he finally was able to schedule something last week he bailed last minute and would not get back to me to reschedule. At this point it doesn't matter how good his work is or how nice his demeanor is, the fact that he does not respect my time and behaves so unprofessionally is enough to make me not bother calling him back anymore. My time has been thoroughly wasted.

+ -1 moreAfter a bad experience with one of the top rated plumbers on Angie's List I set out on a quest to find a quality plumber. My co-worker has used Frazier Plumbing services several times, and the reviews on various sites rated this company five stars. I needed a number of things done, so I decided to give them a chance to become my long term plumber. Everything about my experience was good. The gent I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and when I told him that I had a bad experience with another plumbing company he told me he would send his son Caleb to make sure we were happy. Caleb came out when he said he would and I was impressed with the quality of his work. He installed a thermal expansion tank to address a leak, removed 2 saddle valves, repaired a toilet seal, installed a shower head and arm and replaced two rubber water supply lines with steel braided lines we bought at Lowe's. If you need a plumber I advise you to look no further. These guys do exceptional work, are reasonably priced and honest. What more could you want in a plumber?
