Description of Work: We asked this company to give us an estimate. The owner came himself and did a thorough job in determining his recommendations. What we really appreciated most is his telling us that he thought the solution was different from what his company does and that his recommendation was to address this other solution first and then revisit the concern with him later if need be. He did not charge for the estimate and did provide quotes on work he could do if needed.

Description of Work: During one of the hottest weeks of the summer, our AC went out. Mr. Cardell quickly evaluated the problem and gave us a diagnosis and estimate on repairs. It required a replacement part that was difficult to come by and expensive, but he was persistent and creative in searching out a solution that would fix the problem and not break our budget. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning Unit

Description of Work: I wanted to take advantage of some of the new energy rebates available and decided I needed would get them through a new HVAC unit, as my existing unit was over 20 years old. I work in a fairly technical field, and I received a recommendation of using Wes by a coworker and fellow engineer's reference. We got together and I was immediately comforted by his obvious mechanical engineering background. He is a 20 year veteran and has done commercial HVAC for a long time. So once he gave me a quote, I decided to look up the part numbers on the internet to see how his prices compared, and lets just say that he obviously has connections to get the deals he does. For what I got I got a fantastic unit installed.
