+ -1 moreAbout 20% of the sod that was installed was installed dead and shrubs are currently dying. He has come out twice to assess the situation and admits that it needs to be replaced. He has promised a couple times to come back to finish the work but has yet to come back to do the job.

I told him what plants I liked and he advised me as to if they would be appropriate considering sunlight, etc. We actually went to a nursery to check out all of my selections. He was always on time and extremely detail oriented. The jobsite was cleaned up after every visit and I had nothing to dispose of after the work was done.
Description of Work: My backyard was a total mess. Weeds instead of grass and overgrown bushes taking over a hill. Mr. Driggers came in and conditioned and prepped the area in the back for fescue. I have never, in almost 13 years in this home had such a beautiful, thick lawn ever. I am overjoyed with the way that initial project turned out so we continued with my eyesore of overgrown bushes. Mr. Driggers cleared out the hill completely and we just started over. He conditioned the soil and got it ready for planting. He did a layout for a beautiful perennial garden with a awesome weeping snowflake cherry tree as the highligh. A rock wall was built for the tree to sit behind and a rock edge for the garden was installed. All the plants were in including some beautiful jasmine to hide a ugly hand rail that could not be cleared. Mulch was added and lighting was installed to highlight my phenomenal garden at night. I am so pleased !!!
