Description of Work: Called Dekalb Roofing after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. I had a leak in a secondary bedroom. After surveying the roof the problem was located - just needed plywood nailed back down in one area. When I asked what I owed I was told "No charge." Not even for a service call! This demonstrates to me the type of company Dekalb Roofing strives to maintain - honest, fair and good to their customers. If I have future roofing issues or need to have the roof replaced, they will be my first and last call! Well done!

Description of Work: The workers were excellent --very clean, professional and on time. Priced very affordable. Will point out if there is a problem with anything while fixing items before hand and quote accurate prices. There is no yo-yo pricing,.I give them an A for excellence all around.

Description of Work: sales associates arrived at property to give a quote on repairing garage roof,instead of staying focus on garage like he was told went over the entire roof and submitted a quote for a total tear off of the entire roof. Description of Work: Called to have them repair my roof. They were to busy to get to it. Said I could call back in a week or so. I would have preferred to set it up for next week, but they said I would do better by calling someone else.
