+ -1 moreSee above. It had a happy ending that was more than satisfactory.
Description of Work: Needed to have wireless network established for my home, plus get daughter's new computer up and connected to internet via wireless as well. I already had the wireless router. Charles, the tech with CT, came out exactly on time as we had scheduled and hooked up the router, only to find there was a problem somewhere that prevented the connection being made. He troubleshot the system, recognized that my NEW router was defective, and offered to pick up a new one that would solve the problem PLUS pick up the needed device to make my daughter's computer wireless effective. We set up a new appointment time, he came out, hooked up the new router, but realized it didn't have the range needed for my home, and so he went out and returned with a 3rd router, which did a better job. It still left some dead spots in the house, but he suggested the addition of a signal enhancer in the future if I needed to use a lap top in those areas of my home. Charles was professional, knowledgable, and never got bothered by the hiccups of my computer. (Unlike my reaction to the same.) The price he charged me included BOTH visits and the necessary equipment he bought.

Description of Work: They maintain our office computers at our church which is a small network. They also maintain my personal computer.

Description of Work: Cleaned up the computer. Had a variety of viruses. Installed new software and antivirus and a new mouse.
